  • 5 CREDITS IN SUBJECTS OF PRIORITY

B. BIRTH CERTIFICATE

  • NAME AND DATE TALLY WITH ‘O’ LEVEL CERTIFICATE
  • FROM NATIONAL POPULATION COMMISSION

C. EVIDENCE OF PAYMENT

  • STERLING BANK #300,000 (SCHOOL FEES)
  • STERLING BANK #50,000 (ACCEPTANCE FEES)
  • NB: Receipts Can be printed from your Student Portal, Login with your MATRIC Number and Phone Number as your Password

D. Successful Students are to come with the following fees when resuming on 10th December 2022. (8.00 AM)
  • #5,000 (Nurses Due to be paid on resumption)
  • #30,000 (Uniform Fee)
