A good honours degree at least Second Class Lower in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science and related disciplines from a recognised University
A Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting or Business Forensic from a recognised University
Duration: Four [4] semesters
- Doctor in Business Forensic (DBF)
Admission Requirements
A good Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science and related disciplines from a recognised University
Professional experience in Forensic Accounting or Financial Investigation and Strong analytical and Research skills are preferred
Duration: six [6] Semesters
CENTRE FOR PEACE AND SECURITY STUDIES
- Postgraduate Diploma in Border and Migration Studies
Admission is open to graduates of Border and Migration Studies, Peace and Conflict Studies, History and International Studies, Tourism and Hospitality Studies, Theatre and Film Arts, Geography, and any other discipline in the Arts, Social Sciences, Sciences, Medicine, Law, Management Sciences, Environmental sciences, Education, Transport and Logistics, or Engineering or any of their cognate disciplines from an accredited University as recongnised by the Senate of the Lagos State University
Candidates must take part in the screening interviews that would be organised for all Postgraduate candidates
Higher National Diploma (HND) graduates of recognised Polytechnics who have Upper Credit, with corresponding high grade point average are eligible for admission
Any other qualification as may be determined by the University Senate from time to time
- Master in Border and Migration Studies
Five [5] credits at not more than two (2) sitting at O’level Certificate Examination [WAEC, NECO OR GCE] the credits must include English and four [4] other subjects in arts, social sciences or science
First degree of not less than Second Class Lower Division for Master’s degree and Third Class for Postgraduate Degree in the Arts, Social Sciences, Sciences, Medicine, Law, Management Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Transport and Logistics, or Engineering or any of their cognate disciplines from and accredited University as recognised by the Senate of the Lagos State University
Candidates who hold a good Postgraduate Diploma in Border and Migration Studies, Peace and Conflict Resolution, Diaspora Studies with a minimum of Upper Credit are also eligible for the M.A. in Border and Migration Studies
Any other qualification as may be determined by the University Senate from time to time
Candidates must take part in the screening interviews that would be organised for all Postgraduate candidates
Preference shall be given to sponsored candidate from the Armed Forces, Customs, Immigration, Police, Intelligence Services, National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, National Boundary Commission, Border Communities Development Agency and related fields in Government Ministries, Private Industries or Civil Society Organisations
- M.Phil/Ph.D in Border and Migration Studies
Holders of Master’s degree in Border and Migration Studies with a minimum CGPA of 3.0
- Ph.D in Border and Migration Studies
Holders of Master’s degree in Border and Migration Studies with a minimum CGPA of 4.0
Duration: The course of study is Part-Time and will run for a maximum of five [5] semesters
SCHOOL OF TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS [PART-TIME]
Admission Requirements
Academic or Professional Master’s degree in Transport Studies, Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial and Production Engineering, Geography, Operations Management, Economics, Urban and Regional Planning, Environmental Sciences, Social and Management Sciences, and other related courses of the Lagos State University or holder of any other Academic or Professional degree recognised by the Senate of Lagos State University not lower than CGPA of 3.0
Five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings
Candidates must satisfy all other conditions in the general regulation Governing Postgraduate degrees at Lagos State University
Related industry experience of not less than five years is an added advantage.
Duration: Minimum of Eight [8] semesters.
GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The University
requires five [ 5 ] CREDITS including English Language at Ordinary Level
(GCE, WASC, SSCE, NECO and NABTEB) for ALL courses and credit in
MATHEMATICS at Ordinary Level for SCIENCE, SOCIAL SCIENCES, MANAGEMENT
SCIENCES and EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT courses.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Applicants
are required to pay the sum of Thirty Thousand, Three Hundred Naira [N30,300.00] only non-refundable application fee into LASU Account on
Line.
All applicants shall be required to sit for qualifying Entrance Examination on the Main Campus.

- Open the Post-Graduate Application Portal
- Click on the STEP 1 and Generate Your Application Number
- Note that you can generate your application number only once. Make sure you print out the application number genaration page in number (2) above.
- Click on the STEP 2 and Pay Your Application Fee at www.lasu.edu.ng/epayment/
- At the Payment portal on Number (4) above, Choose 'Main Campus' for the campus dropdown and choose 'Sandwich/Post-Graduate Application' for the Study Type dropdown fields respectively.
- Click on 'Proceed'
- Follow the step-by-step instructions to generate your transaction ID.
- Pay your application fee with your generated Transaction ID on LASU Quickteller Payment Portal at https://www.quickteller.com/lasu
- Go back to the Online Post-Graduate Application Portal
- Now go to STEP 3: Enter your 'Application Number' and 'Surname' in the fields provided and click on the 'Submit' button.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions and then complete your application.
- Print out your application form.
- You can also re-print your application form as many times as you want.
CLOSING DATE
Sale of application forms will be closed FOUR (4) weeks from the date of this publication.
