NYSC 2020 Batch ‘B‘ Call Up Letter Printing Date & Guidelines

National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) 2020 Batch "B" Stream I (A, B), II (A, B) Call Up Letters Printing Dates and Guidelines for Prospective Corps Members (PCM's) - See Steps to Print NYSC Batch B Call Up Letters Online from 15th January to 19th January, 2021.

Latest Update:
i. The 2020 Batch 'B' Stream II deployment have been released today, 15th January 2021.
ii. Prospective Corps Members should avoid travelling at night to the Orientation Camps.
iii. PCMs travelling for distances ( North to South or vice versa) should break their trip into two stages and avoid making one long trip that stretches into the night.
iv. PCMs should be security conscious as they travel.
v. There will be Covid-19 test before entry into the camps. Therefore, all PCMs should register at the NCDC website, the link to the NCDC website is on the NYSC dashboard.

Congratulations for a Successful Mobilization into the National Youth Service Corps, we wish to inform you that as 2020 Batch "B" Stream II Orientation Course commences on Tuesday 19th January, 2021, you are advised to print your Call-up Letters, read the instructions and adhere to them strictly.

All the 2020 Batch ‘B’ Stream II prospective corps members that the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) portal for printing of call up letters will be enabled from 15th January, 2021.

Prospective Corps members are expected to log on to the NYSC Portal to commence printing of their Call-up letters immediately.

Prospective Corps Members that did not make payment during online registration are to start collection of the Call-up Letters from their respective institutions of graduation.

NB: This is to inform all 2020 Batch 'B' Stream 1 PCMs who could not make it to the Orientation Camp that they are included in Stream II. You are also informed to print out your call-up letters.

Also, 2020 Batch 'B' Stream 1 Corps Members who applied for Relocation are to check their Relocation Status on their dashboard.

Affected prospective corps members are to take note of this and inform others as well.

NYSC Call Up Letters Printing Procedures for Batch "B" 2020 | Stream I,II

  • Prospective Corps Members are to visit the NYSC Portal via http://portal.nysc.org.ng/
  • Login with your registered email and password.
  • Click on ‘Print Call Up Letter’ link to access and print your call-up letter.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: NYSC has a feature on your dashboard, “View Deployed State Guide” . It gives you insight and basic information on your State of Deployment.

You are advised to download NYSC Official Mobile app on Google Play Store. News and Activities of the Scheme at your finger tip.

NOTE: Ahead of the ahead of Commencement of the Orientation Exercise. Prospective Corps Members both Local and Foreign Trained Graduates are to take note of the following below:

i. Persons who studied in Nigeria should bring to camp: Degree/HND Certificates or Statement of Results, Personal Identity Card from Institution of graduation.

Foreign graduates should bring for verification, original copies of ALL their uploaded credentials and travel documents including International passport.

ii. Foreign graduates are to ensure that academic paper(s) in Languages other than English must be translated into English accordingly; both versions must be presented for verification at the camp.

iii. Medical/veterinary Doctors, Dentists, Pharmacists, Optometrists, Physiotherapists Nurses and Public Environmental Health graduates should bring their professional licenses or certificates of full registration issued by their professional bodies.

All 2020 Batch "B" Stream I, II Prospective Corps Members should take note of the following update on the NYSC Call-up Letter.

i. Anyone who fails to report for service in the service corps as directed in his or her Call-up Letter and/or refuses to make himself or herself available for service in the service corps shall be prosecuted in line with the provisions of Section 13 sub-section 1(a) and (b) of the NYSC Act, Cap. N84, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.

ii. Also, anyone who is not eligible to participate in the service corps or has been duly issued with a Certificate of National Service or Certificate of Exemption, but so participates or attempts to so participate shall be prosecuted in line with Section 13 sub-section 2(a) and (b) of the NYSC Act, Cap. N84, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
