Latest Update: This is to inform candidates that sat for the 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for School Candidates that their result has been released and uploaded online. Candidates can now proceed to check and confirm their 2024 WAEC / WASSCE Results Online and via SMS.
The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has released the results of the 2024 WASSCE for School Candidates Examination.
Announcing the results at the WAEC headquarters in Lagos, the
Head of National Office (HNO), Mr Mr Patrick Areghan also disclosed the statistics of students performance in the examination.

information, candidates who are not indebted to the Council will be able to access and check their results online, using the results checker PIN on their smart identity cards used during the conduct of the examination see the outlined procedures below:

Steps to Check WAEC May/June (School Candidates) 2024 Result Online.
- Candidates are to logon to the WAEC result checking portal via http://www.waecdirect.org.
- Enter your WAEC Examination Number in the required column.
- Select your Examination Year i.e. 2024.
- Select your Examination Type i.e. SCHOOL CANDIDATES RESULT.
- Enter the Card Serial Number.
- Enter the Card PIN.
- Finally, click “Submit” button to get your 2024 WAEC MAY/JUNE Result.

- Using a Smart Phone / Tablet Device? Download the WAEC Result Checker App | Android Mobile & Tablet Devices, Log in with your exam details and pin to check your results.
