Lagos State University (LASU) Transcript Online Application Fees, Payment / Collection & Document Verification Guidelines and Procedures for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) Students.
This is to inform all graduates of the Lagos State University, LASU that they can now apply for their transcript collection online.Application for Lagos State University, Ojo Transcripts and Document Verification can be done by following the procedures listed below:
LASU Transcript Online Application & Document Verification Guidelines
Students and graduates of the Lagos State University will now be able to self- generate their transcript and Notification of Results, realtime, online, following the commissioning of a self service module for the generation of the documents by the university.
The service module is the product of an internal partnership between the Directorate of ICT and Exams and Records Division of the university.

The move is aimed at eliminating the delay in the processing of notification of results and students copy of the transcript.
It is also a significant step by the Prof Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, mni led administration to ensure that delay in the issuance of Transcripts becomes a thing of the past in the univeristy.
The real time process returns a zero waiting time for students and graduates who may wish to generate the students' copy of their academic transcript.
Students or graduates willing to obtain the student copy of their transcript are required to take the following steps:
1. Visit www.lasu.edu.ng
2. Click on STUDENT
3. Then Transcript Self Module
They are then required to make payment, provide details and generate transcript just on the go.
The platform can also be accessed directly via: https://community.lidc.lasu.edu.ng/records/
Only graduates of the University that have been certified on the online graduating students' clearance platform will be able to self generate students copy of their transcripts.
In the same vein, Notification of Result will henceforth be available for self generation online for graduates of the University. This will also eradicate delays in arrival of mobilized students at the NYSC orientation camps among other benefits.
Students/Applicants can access the platform by first supplying valid Matriculation Numbers and selecting the programme category (Full time, External System or Applicants whose Year of Entry is before 2001/2002).
Students who do not have CGPA are not eligible to apply and print Student Copy of Academic Transcript.
The Directorate of Information and Communication Technology in partnership with the Exams and Records Division of the University has developed a one stop application centre that allows applicants requesting for documents in the University to apply, track and receive online and in realtime, their documents, at chosen destinations. The development will eliminate delays associated with the processing of paper documents.
The Examinations and Records Division of the Registry offers services to the University’s teeming Undergraduate and Sub-Degree Students, as well as Graduates of the First Degree, Sub-degree programmes through issuance of Academic Documents needed for various endeavours.
With the latest innovation, these services are now domiciled and accessible online on the Examinations and Records Academic Documents Application Portal [EADAP] hosted on the University website: www.lasu.edu.ng

- The University Frowns at the Patronage of Unapproved Courier Services for Transcript Processing
- The Only Approved Courier Service by the University Management is Universal Parcel Service (UPS) and Payment is Made Online Together With Your Transcript Fee - It is Automatic.
- Patronage of Any Other Courier Service is at the Risk of the Patron.
- Payment for Transcript Processing is Prohibited and Whosoever Pay Cash to Anybody for Transcript Processing Does So at His/her Own Risk.
