Lagos State University (LASU) Certificates Online Application Fees Payment, Requirements and Collection Guidelines for Fresh an Old Graduates of the Institution [NEW METHOD].
Latest Update: The Directorate of Information and Communication Technology in partnership with the Exams and Records Division of the University has developed a one stop application centre that allows applicants requesting for documents in the University to apply, track and receive online and in realtime, their documents, at chosen destinations. The development will eliminate delays associated with the processing of paper documents.
The Examinations and Records Division of the Registry offers services to the University’s teeming Undergraduate and Sub-Degree Students, as well as Graduates of the First Degree, Sub-degree programmes through issuance of Academic Documents needed for various endeavours.
With the latest innovation, these services are now domiciled and accessible online on the Examinations and Records Academic Documents Application Portal [EADAP] hosted on the University website: www.lasu.edu.ng
Henceforth, all application and payment for LASU Certificate offered by the Division will be done on the Examinations and Records Academic Document Application Portal as paper applications are now being abolished. CLICK HERE FOR DETAILED GUIDELINES ON HOW TO APPLY.
Lagos State University Management hereby calls on all FRESH Graduates and Graduates of the previous sets of the University who are yet to collect their certificates to apply online for the collection of their Certificates.
LASU CERTIFICATE ONLINE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Sworn Affidavit Stating Intention to Collect Certificate via Courier Delivery
- Copy of Valid means of Identification (i.e. International Passport, National ID Card, Voter's Card or Driver's License)
- Copy of Marriage Certificate or Newspaper Publication on Change of Name (Applicable ONLY to married women who have changed their maiden name)
- White Background Passport size Photograph (jpeg or jpg format only and it should be renamed using full name before upload)
- Notification of Result
- School Fees Receipt or Evidence of Payment of Five Thousand Naira (₦ 5,000) for Loss of Receipt or Original Student's Statement of Account
- Evidence of payment of One Thousand Naira (₦ 1,000) only Alumni Due
- Evidence of Payment of Twenty Seven Thousand Naira (₦ 27,000) for Convocation & Certificate Package (Applicable to 2018 Graduates To Date)
- Student's Final Clearance
- Evidence of Payment of Three Thousand Naira (₦ 3,000) for Convocation Brochure (Applicable to 2016 to 2017 Graduates)
- Evidence of Payment of One Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (₦ 1,500) for Convocation Brochure (Applicable to 2014 to 2015 Graduates)
- Evidence of Payment of Fifteen Thousand Naira (₦ 15,000) for Certificate (Applicable to Graduate from Inception to 2017/2018 Graduates)
- Evidence of Payment of Fifteen Thousand Naira (₦ 15,000) As penalty for Late Collection of Certificate; Applicable to:
- Graduates from inception to 2015 graduates
- Graduates whose certificates were ready for collection before November/December 2018
- Relevant Documents to be attached MUST be in pdf format
