Latest Update: Sales of forms into the Lagos State Model Colleges / Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools for the 2025/2026 academic year is NOW IN PROGRESS. Entrance Exam Date will be Commence from 28th - 30th May, 2025.
We are using this medium to inform all the general public, Parents/Guardians, Head Teachers and Proprietors/Proprietress of Primary Schools that Forms for LAGOS STATE SCREENING TEST for admission of Primary Six (6) Pupils INTO JUNIOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS (JSS 1) in Model Colleges/Up-graded JUNIOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS with BOARDING FACILITIES for Year 2025/2026 Academic Session. are now ongoing.
ELIGIBILITY
- Only Primary Six (Pry 6) pupils in all Public and Private Primary Schools are eligible to participate in Screening Test.
- Only Pupils who are aged between 10 and 11 years old by June 2025 are eligible to participate in the screening test.

Lagos State Model Colleges Admission Form Guidelines 2025/2026
Parents who are interested in gaining admission for their wards into any of the Lagos State Model Colleges/Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools are advised to visit the Lagos State Exam Board portal to purchase the admission forms online.
Admission Forms of the Lagos State Model Colleges/Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools cost N10,000. Payments and Registrations for the Y2025 can ONLY be done ONLINE.
Late registration, would attract an additional fee of N5,000 (Five Thousand Naira) each.
Lagos State Model Colleges Screening Test Method 2025/2026
Applicants are to note that there will be only ONE Version of Screening Test to be adopted which is:- COMPUTER BASED TESTING (C.B.T.)
The screening would be conducted through Computer-Based Test Only.
NB: Candidate that pass the Test and meet the required cut-off marks could be offered admission into any of the Model Colleges/Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools irrespective of his/her first or second choice of schools.
The Entrance Examination/Screening Test Exercise Date has been scheduled to hold from Wednesday 28th - Friday 30th May, 2025. Click here to read more about it.
Candidates for the Computer Based Examination are advised to indicate their choice location at any of the divisions in order to facilitate the collection of examination date within five days (SEE: Lagos State Model College Entrance Exam / Screening Slip Printing Guidelines).

LAGOS STATE MODEL COLLEGES ADMISSION FORM CLOSING DATE 2025/2026
The Closing Date for the Sales of Admission Forms into the Lagos State Model Colleges has been slated for Friday16th May, 2025.NB: The Lagos State Examinations Board wishes to inform all private schools to submit Continuous Assessment Scores (CAS) of primary six pupils seeking admission into JSS1 classes of public secondary schools on or before the deadline.

I would like to know the procedure for buying the Lagos State model colleges admission form.Am I to go to Lagos State exam board at iyana ipaja first or however way.am so surprised that the form has been out since january.pls help me out.i also don't mind having the phone no or email address.thank you

Yes you can still purchase the form, Lagos State Examinations Board is situated at Ipaja Road, Agege beside N.Y.S.C Camp. Yes make payment and proceed with your teller to the office for purchase of forms.

ReplyDeleteWell, Since the examination is yet to be written there might still be chance or room for that. All you have to do is to visit the Examination Board office to actually know if its possible and if there are any penalties attached.

ReplyDeleteThe Bank doesn't issue PIN Number. Forms and Pin are gotten from the Lagos State Examination Board.
