UNIZIK Matriculation Ceremony Date 2021/2022 [UPDATED]
Nnamdi Azikiwe University (NAU) Awka [UNIZIK] Matriculation Ceremony Date, Time and Venue for all Freshers/Newly Admitted Students for the 2021/2022 Academic Session [UPDATED].

The Authorities of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, UNIZIK has announced the new date, time and venue of the Matriculation Ceremony for all newly admitted students for the 2021/2022 academic session.


Latest Update: This is to inform the Nnamdi Azikiwe University community and the general public that the matriculation ceremony for the 2021/2022 academic session earlier postponed due to the industrial action by staff unions, has been fixed to hold on Friday, 28th October 2022.

The matriculation ceremony for all faculties will hold at respective faculty premises within the Awka campus of the University. However, faculties in the College of Health Sciences (Medicine, Health Science Technology & Basic Medical Sciences) will hold theirs in front of the Digital Library, Awka; while that of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical sciences will hold in the Agulu campus. The time is 10am prompt.

This is to inform the newly admitted students, University community, and the general public that the University Management has re-scheduled the Matriculation ceremony to hold as follows:

  • Date: Friday 28th October, 2022
  • Time: 10am
  • Venue: Faculties Premises.

NB: The faculties under the College of Health Sciences and the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences will hold theirs at designated points in front of the University library.
