Baze University is proud to announce that National Universities
Commission (NUC) has approved some postgraduate programmes for the
university after a successful resource verification.
These programmes
have been designed to help candidates grow their skills in areas of
interests, or to prepare them for higher degrees.
Application is free so all interested applicants are now, therefore, invited for admission into the following programmes for the 2022/2023 academic session

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Criteria for admission is simple:• 5 O’level credits including Mathematics and English
• Candidates with not lower than a Second Class (Lower Division) bachelor’s degree in the discipline (for the M.Sc.) and from any discipline (for the MBA) from an approved university, or the Postgraduate diploma with a CGPA of not lower than 3.0 on a 5 point scale from an accredited university.
• Graduates of other disciplines are also free to apply, but will need credible references, and shall be exposed to core undergraduate courses for the M.Sc.
DURATION
a) A full-time Master’s programme shall run for a minimum of 4 semesters and a maximum of 6 semesters.GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
To be awarded the M.Sc. degree, candidate must take and pass a minimum of 33 Units made up of the following:- 24 units of compulsory courses
- 9 units of elective courses in the area of specialization.
- 3 units of Seminar
- 6 units of Dissertation.
- Successfully defend his/her Research project before an approved panel of Examiners to be constituted by the Post Graduate School.
- 48 units of compulsory courses
- 18 units of elective courses in the area of specialization.
- 6 units of Project work
- Successfully defend his/her Research project before an approved panel of Examiners to be constituted by the Post Graduate School.
DELIVERY MODE
The programme will take place through:- A formal teaching session (usually about two hours), which adopts a primarily didactic style.
- Attend the accompanying Class(s) - a formal teaching session, which emphasizes participative learning (one hour).
- Attend Workshops (if required) - a formal teaching session, which focuses on skill development and application.
- Participated in Guided Learning exercises (as required) - students work alone or in groups on predetermined tasks.
- Written examination and continuous assessment. The written examination will normally be based on not less than one hour, and not more than one-half hours for each ten hours of lecture. In any case, the time allowed for any written paper, does not exceed three hours
