Eastern Palm University Post-UTME / DE Screening Form 2019/2020

Eastern Palm University, Imo State (EPU) Admission Form, Courses, Admission Requirements, Application Guidelines and Procedures for UTME and Direct Entry Students for the 2019/2020 Academic Session.

The General Public, Interested and Suitably Qualified Candidates are hereby invited for admission into the various Undergraduates Programmes of the Eastern Palm University, in Imo State for the 2019/2020 academic session.

List of Available Programmes Offered and General Admission Requirements In Eastern Palm University 

Candidates who wish to apply into any one of the newly approved and licensed 25 programmes of the Eastern Palm University and also the general admission requirements.

Admission Requirements

(A) UTME MODE

i. Participation in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination organized by JAMB with a score not less than 140. Candidate must also possess any of the following qualifications.
ii. West African School Certificate, General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level), Senior Secondary School Certificate, NABTEB with, passes at credit level in at least five subjects including English Language, obtained at not more than two sittings, or its equivalent.
iii. The National Examination Council (NECO) Certificate, with passes at credit level in at least five subjects, including English Language.
iv. West African School Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) with Advanced Level subjects. No subject shall be counted twice and the five credit level passes shall not be more than two sittings.
v. Candidates must in addition satisfy the special requirements for each discipline into which they seek admission.

(B) DIRECT ENTRY MODE

i. Passes in two relevant subjects at HSC/GCE Advanced level and credit level passes in three other subjects including English Language, at the West African School Certificate, General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) or Senior Secondary School Certificate, both at not more than two sittings.
ii. Three passes at HSC/GCE Advanced level and 2 passes at credit level in two other subjects including English Language at the School Certificate, GCE (Ordinary level) or Senior Secondary School Certificate, at not more than two sittings.
iii. Relevant Diplomas and Certificates(IJMB, JUPEB, NCE) including degrees from Universities or institutions recognized by the Senate of Eastern Palm University.

(C) INTER-UNIVERSITY TRANSFER MODE

1. Candidates applying for transfer will be required, among other things, to hold the minimum entry qualifications for admission into Eastern Palm University and must satisfy both the general admission requirements and the special entry requirements of the discipline into which admission is sought. Applicants for consideration for inter-University transfer should be students from Universities recognized by the Senate of Eastern Palm University.
2. A Transfer student should normally make the equivalent of a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.00 on a 5 point scale or its equivalent, to qualify for consideration.

  4. Proceed to the bank to Pay the Sum of N12,000 (N2,000 - Post UTME Screening Exercise; N10,000 - EPU Application Form) to any of the following accounts listed below:

    ENSURE THAT YOU KEEP YOUR PROOF OF PAYMENT
  5. Visit www.epu.edu.ng and under “Admissions” Menu, click on the link “Fill Application Form”. Next, click on “Start a new registration”, insert your JAMB Registration number and Upload your payment Teller/Evidence, then click on "Proceed."
  6. Fill out the application form
