This is to inform all candidates who participated in the 2021/2022 Post UTME/Direct Entry admission screening exercise of the University of Uyo that the admission lists has been uploaded online.
All candidates are advised to log on to the University Admission portal to access the First Batch UTME/DE admission list for the 2021/2022 academic session.
Below are the appropriate steps to check the UNIUYO UTME/DE Admission List for 2021/2022 academic session online:
Steps to Check UNIUYO UTME/Direct Entry Admission List 2021/2022
1. Kindly log on to the UNIUYO Admission portal via https://uniuyo.edu.ng/eportals.2. Select Admission Status Link
3. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and Click on Check Status Button
4. You'll see a response whether you've been admitted or not.
ALTERNATIVELY,
- Candidates can also access their admission status on the JAMB admission status checking portal by following the procedure outlined below:
- Go to the JAMB admission portal at https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/efacility_/.
- Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
- Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
- Select your Exam year and enter your registration number in the required column.
- Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your admission status.
THEREAFTER,
- Login to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and ACCEPT or REJECT their admission.
- Print their JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission.
- Print their original JAMB result slip (this comes with passport photography affixed to it).
- Apply for a change of course on the JAMB Portal in case they are offered courses different from the ones they initially applied for.
Candidates offered admission are expected to pay a non-refundable Acceptance Fee of 25,000 Only.

You are please requested to note the following:
1. You must pay the approved non-refundable registration fee through online transaction via
https://uniuyo.edu.ng/eportals and present the official receipt to the Screening Officer for further Screening and Registration exercise.
2. This offer will only be valid if on verification of your credentials at the time of registration it is confirmed that your qualification satisfies the University minimum admission requirements.
3. You must come for screening with the following credentials:
(i) The Original of your educational qualifications (Statement of Results/Certificates). N/B: Case of awaiting result(s) will not be accepted.
(ii) Birth Certificate/Age Declaration
(iii) A letter of good conduct from your Village Head or a responsible member of your community/or civil
servant not below Grade Level 10 or its equivalent in the private sector.
(iv) Certificate of Local Government of origin
4. Before registration, you will be required to undergo a medical examination conducted by the Health Centre, University of Uyo.
If the offer is accepted by you, you should present your credentials to the Screening Officer for screening
before you can pay the prescribed fees and then register for courses.
