The University Of Nigeria, Nsukka UNN Records Updating and Registration Renewal Notice to all Postgraduate Students

 The Vice Chancellor of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka has directed the listed mention officers to commence the process of Updating and Renewal of Postgraduate Students to the current academic session.

This Process is as a result of the process were PhD students were asked to keep their registration forms until when there results are forwarded to the School of Postgraduate Studies, By right all Postgraduate students are suppose to be updating their records and renewing their registration with the university in every academic session.

Therefore the Vice Chancellor has taken Strict Measures and has directed the under-listed departments to take charge of the Records Updating and Registration Renewal of all Postgraduate Students.

1. Dean, School of Postgraduate Studies: You are advised to direct all Postgraduate Students to update their records and renew registration with the University up-till the current 2017/2018 academic session. Deadline of 31st May, 2018 should be imposed to this notice.

Th Dean of Postgraduate Studies are to inform all PG Students that a Postgraduate Programme is said to be complete only when the External Examiner signs the last result required for the award of the degree in question.

2. Director of ICT Innovations: You are advised to create and update an appropriate platform on the University Website for the above said purpose after each students make payment for the process every year.

3. The Postgraduate School, Bursar: Please Ensure a successful and hitch free records update and registration renewal of all Postgraduate Students using the REMITA Platform only.

NOTE: The Vice Chancellor might wish to constitute a Committee to ensure Seamless implementation of this overdue project for the University of Nigeria.
