The Academic Staff Union Of University, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University IBBUL Chapter Plans to Embark on Industrial Action Starting From March 7th, 2018.
The Academic Staff Union Of University, IBBUL chapter has decided to embark on industrial action to drive home their demand promised over years.According to the statement issued yesterday by the union's spokesman Mr Galadima Bala. He said that the union might embark on industrial action to request for their various demands promised over years.
He made this publicly known to some of the Mass Communication students of the institution.
Prior to the recent conclusion reached by the members of the union, the union had reportedly embarked on several industrial actions to draw the government's attention to those outstanding issues; but all their efforts were fruitless.
The Union is therefore, embarking on industrial action starting from 7th of March, 2018 pending the intervention of the state government to fulfil its promises.
