Admission Requirements

  • Applicants must be holders of Diploma in Community Health with not less than 2 years post qualification experience or Community Health Extension Workers with 2 years experience.
  • All Applicants must have 5 credits levels passes in SSCE, WASCE, NECO or GCE O/L at not more than 2 sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics and Biology/Health Science.
  • In addition, all applicants must be registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria and posses a valid practicing license.

Method of Application

Application forms are available at the Community Health Officers Training School, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, Uyo at the cost of N10,000 (Ten thousand naira) only.
