Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun (FUPRE) Freshers Matriculation / Academic Gown Collection Guidelines and Procedures for the 16th Matriculation Ceremony for 2022/2023 Academic Session.
This is to inform all matriculating students of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun that they are required to collect Academic Gowns from the Academic Office with effect from Wednesday, March 15th, 2023 between 10.00am and 3.00p.m daily on payment of
the sum of Five Thousand Naira only (N5,000.00) to the University Account
via www.remita.net. and presentation of receipt generated to the issuing officer..
All Academic outfits must be returned to the Academic Division immediately after the Matriculation Ceremony and not later than Wednesday, March 29th, 2023. Thereafter, late return of academic outfits will attract a penalty fee of One Thousand Naira (N1,000.00) per day. The sum of Thirty Thousand (30,000) Naira will be charged for the replacement of lost Academic gown, and Five Thousand Naira (N5,000) for the cap.
The matriculation ceremony is compulsory for all duly registered fresh students of the University.
