OSCOHTECH Ilese-Ijebu 2022/2023 Admission Form: This is to inform Prospective applicants that Ogun State College of Health Technology, Ilese-Ijebu has commenced the 2022/2023 Admission Exercise in Certificate, Diploma, National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Health and Health Related Programmes.

Interested Applicants are to apply and make payment of (N15,000) through the College portal https://my.oscohtechilese.edu.ng, via web Payment.

This is to inform Prospective Applicants and the General Public that Ogun State College of Health Technology, Ilese-Ijebu has commence the sales of Late Application Form on 16th July, 2022 for 2022/2023 Admission Exercise in Certificate, Diploma and Technician in Health Sciences and other Health related programmes.

GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. The admission requirements for any of our National Diploma (ND) Programme is a minimum of five (5) credits O/level passes, in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physic and Biology obtain in WAEC/NECO or NABTEB in not more than two (2) sittings. However, all applicants for National Diploma (ND) programme should also endeavor to obtain JAMB form.

2. Details of each programme requirements are explicitly stated below. Applicants are advised to carefully read the requirements before making their application as error in the choice of course by
applicants will not be tolerated.

3. Applicants awaiting results are free to apply. Such applicants should indicate AR in the column for
O/Level Results on the Application Form. However, the O/Level Results being awaited must be ready before admission exercise as no student would be considered for admission without O/Level Results.

4. The requirements for admission into Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes includes; National Diploma (ND) not lower than Lower Credit in relevant course/programme in addition to the Good O/Level requirements stated in (1) above.

HOW TO APPLY

The 2022/2023 Application Form is now on sale at ₦15,000.00 only. Prospective students are to obtain their forms online after making payment of ₦15,000.00 only through the POS machine situated at the College Bursary OR via WEB using ATM card (strictly cashless payment).

2. Click on APPLY NOW
3. Select Programmes of Choice i.e ND, HND & Technician
4. Read Instructions Carefully and Fill the Form
5. Choose your payment option or mode (POS)
6. Make online Payment and Click on Submit

Application Guidelines

1. Apply for the Admissions process by clicking Apply Now on an open Application. You will be required to fill an account profile creation form
(Please fill the form correctly and supply a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER because your login details will be sent to whatever email address you provided)

2. To proceed with your application, you will need to activate your profile account. Check your email inbox (or Spam) for your activation link and your LOGIN credentials.

3.If you had already created an account or you are a formal student of this instutution, Click Login to continue with your Application Form or apply for a new open Admission

4. Continue by paying the necessary fees and then carefully filling the Application Form. Check that all the information provided is correct and valid before submitting your application.

5. Obtain the appropriate Result Checker scratch (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB) to submit and verify your O'Level result using our Online Result Verification System.

6. Print a copy of the Application form and Screening Slip with the necessary information on it

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION SCHEDULE

• OSCOHTECH entrance exam for First and Second Batch has been scheduled to hold from Wednesday, 10th of August, Thursday, 11th of August, and Monday, 29th of August, 2022. All candidates are advised to check the email they used during the registration for details.
