The Ekiti State University, EKSU Mid-Semester Examination for the First Semester and Important Notice to Students for the 2017/2018 Academic Session.
Sequel to the meeting held yesterday by the University's senate, among-st several issues deliberated upon was that of the "Mid-semester" exams which was initially scheduled to commence on the 7th of May 2018.After considering students agitations and reasons for the protest, the University's senate has therefore rescheduled to 21st of May 2018 as the due date for the Mid-semester exams.
Final exams will be held on the 18th of June
Students are encouraged to pay up their school fees and to register their courses on the university's portal, failure of which will result to sanctions.
All class governors should endeavour to get the mid-semester exam timetable as it is now out
Students are also advised to prepare well for the task ahead
Please, note that only students who have paid the prescribed fees are eligible to participate in the Mid-Semester examination.
On no condition, should any student who is yet to fulfill his/her financial obligations to the University be allowed to write the examination.
Deans of Faculties, Sub-Dean, Heads of Department and all relevant officers in the various Departments are requested to give wide publicity to this development, ensure compliance with the directive and make adequate arrangements for a smooth conduct of the Mid-Semester examination.
