AAU Ekpoma Implements "No School Fees", "No Lecture" Policy

Ambrose Alli University, AAU Ekpoma Implements "No School Fees, No Lecture and No Examination Policy for School Fees Defaulters - 2017/2018 Academic Session.

The University Management having considered appeals from the Students Union and Other well-meaning stakeholders has magnanimously and ​Graciously Granted a Period of Grace​ on the Senate policy of No School fees, No lectures for a period of ​Two Weeks​ .

The Policy will now take effect from​ ​Monday July 16th, 2018.​

All students and their sponsors are enjoined to seize the opportunity of the Period of Grace to pay their fees as no debtor students will be allowed into the lecture halls and seminar rooms as from ​Monday July 16th, 2018.​


In line with the Senate approved adjusted Academic Calendar, lectures for the Second Semester of the 2017/2018 academic year commenced on 10th June, 2018. 

It is pertinent to remind all students of the extant Senate rule of No School Fees, No Lectures and by extension No Examinations.

By this rule, all students are required to tender School fees receipts on demand before being allowed into Lecture halls.

All Deans, HOD's, Level course Advisers and indeed all lecturers are required to enforce this Senate rule for smooth running of the University,

All students. parents. sponsors etc are also requested to co-operate With the University management in this regard by promptly paying up the school fees of their children/wards.
