University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) Announces Deadline for the Payment of School Fees for the First (1st) Semester for all Fresh/Newly Admitted Students for the 2021/2022 Academic Session [Extension Notice].
Authorities of the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria (UNIPORT) has
announced the deadline for the payment of school fees for the first semester, 2021/2022 academic session.

All Newly Admitted Students of the University of Port Harcourt are
to note that the payment of School Charges for the 2021/2022 session for all students has been announced.
Latest Update: The University Management is in receipt of several applications from Students requesting for the compassionate extension and re-opening of the school charges portal which was closed after several extensions by the University Management.
In view of the above, the University Management has approved the extension and re-opening of the school charges portal to enable all students who had failed to meet up with the previous deadlines to complete their payment and registration processes.
It is therefore important to note that the University shall not approve further extensions of payment of school charges.
Consequently, you are advised to note the following:
- DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT OF CHARGES IS
FRIDAY 5TH NOVEMBER, 2021. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, ANY STUDENT WHO PAYS HIS/HER SCHOOL CHARGES AFTER THE DEADLINE (FRIDAY 5TH NOVEMBER, 2021), DOES SO AT HIS/HER OWN RISK - END OF COURSE REGISTRATION IS
FRIDAY 29TH OCTOBER, 2021. - ALL RETURNING STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT PAID THEIR SCHOOL CHARGES AND THOSE WHO ARE YET TO PAY THEIR SECOND INSTALLMENT OF CHARGES ARE ADVISED TO DO SO, AND ALSO REGISTER THEIR COURSES, BEFORE THE END OF THE DEADLINE AS THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER EXTENSION.
Please note that by the General Regulations and Statement of Academic Policies of the University of Port Harcourt, any student who fails to pay his/her School Charges and register his/her Courses online before the deadlines, as stated above, will lose his/her studentship for the 2021/2022 session.
Also, note that the lost session shall form part of the total duration allowed for the Programme. However, a student who has genuine reason(s) to apply for Temporary Withdrawal from Studies for the session must do so by following the due process, before the end of the First Semester of the session.
