Lagos State University (LASU) Appoints Mr. Emmanuel A. FANU as New Registrar and Mr Said Babatunde Olayinka as New Bursar of the Institution.
The Governing Council of Lagos State University has approved the appointment of Mr. Emmanuel A. FANU, mnim, manupa, as Registrar, and Mr. Said Babatunde Olayinka, FCA, as Bursar of the University.The new Registrar, Mr. Fanu, is a former Acting Registrar of the University, and until his new appointment, the Deputy Registrar, Vice Chancellor's Office.

The Bursar, Mr. Olayinka, FCA, is the current Bursar of the University who will, by the new appointment, serve a second tenure of four (4) years in the position.

The two new Principal Officers will assume duty on Saturday, 2nd July, 2022.
The appointment of the officials follows the successful conclusion of an interview exercise that took place on Wednesday, 22nd and Thursday, 23rd June, 2022.
The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ibiyemi Ibilola Olatunji-Bello, mni, congratulates the new appointees and wish them a successful tenure of office.
