This is to inform the general public that the sale of forms for admission into the NCE and Degree programmes of the College has commenced for the 2020/2021 academic session.

Latest Update: This is to notify all candidates that chose COEIKERE (now Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology, Ikere-Ekiti) in the 2020 UTME to undergo *NCE programme that they should visit the JAMB portal and upload evidence(s) of their O'Level results without further delay as this is a mandatory prerequisite for JAMB to process their admission.

Similarly, the general public is hereby informed that the 2020 admission exercise is still in progress. Candidates who scored between 100 marks or above in the 2020 UTME and who are yet to secure admission are advised to visit the JAMB portal to effect a change of institution to COE IKERE under the NCE category and as well upload evidence(s) of their O'Level results accordingly.

Candidates must have chosen the school as their choice in JAMB and scored the required cut-off marks.
  • Cut-off marks for Degree programmes is 180
  • Cut-off marks for NCE programmes is 100

GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • In accordance with the minimum standard of NCCE, candidates must have at least four credit passes at one or two sittings in the WASSCE/NECO/ NABTEB/SSCE/ GCE O level or merit in teacher grade two certificate or their equivalent. Two of the credit passes must be in the areas of specialization. Candidates that posses a pass in English and Mathematics is qualified to be admitted into the College NCE Programme. 
  • However, credit in English or Mathematics may be required for some courses to meet departmental requirements.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Application forms are obtainable from the office of the Registrar (Admission and Statistics Division) Registry Department of the College. Likewise the application forms for Direct-Entry.
