Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants for admission into the under-listed One-year basic and foundational studies which would be available in the institution during the 2021/2022 academic session.AVAILABLE BASIC AND FOUNDATION STUDIES COURSES
A. FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES
i. Basic and foundational Studies in Accountancyii. Basic and foundational Studies in Banking and Finance
iii. Basic and foundational Studies in Business Administration and Management
General Entry Requirements
Applicants must possess minimum of four (4) passes at not more than two sittings in requisitesubjects in GCE ‘O’Level or SSCE of WAEC or SSCE of NECO or NTC of NABTEB.
The four (4) passes must be obtained in English Language, Mathematics and any Two (2) of
the following: Commerce, Economics, Geography, Business Methods, Principles of
Accounts, Statistics, Government, History, Biology and Agricultural Science.
B. FACULTY OF ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES
General Entry Requirements
Applicants must possess minimum of four (4) passes at not more than two sittings in requisitesubjects in GCE ‘O’Level or SSCE of WAEC or SSCE of NECO or NTC of NABTEB. All applicants must possess at least passes in English Language and Mathematics in the specified examination.
i. Basic and Foundational Studies in Building Technology
Applicants must possess at least four passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any one (1) of the following: Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Building Construction, Woodwork, Geography and Economics.
ii. Basic and Foundational Studies in Quantity Surveying
Applicants must possess at least four (4) passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any one (1) of the following: Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Building Technology, Woodwork, Economics and Geography.
iii. Basic and Foundational Studies in Architectural Technology
Applicants must possess at least four (4) passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any one (1) of the following: Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Building Construction, Fine Arts, Woodwork, Economics and Geography.
iv. Basic and Foundational Studies in Urban and Regional Planning
Applicants must possess at least passes in English Language, Mathematics, Economics or Geography, and any one (1) of the following Basic Science subject: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Agricultural Science.
v. Basic and Foundational Studies in Surveying and Geo-informatics
Applicants must possess at least four (4) passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any one (1) of the following: Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Geography, Further Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Statistics and Building Construction.
vi. Basic and Foundational Studies in Estate Management
Applicants must possess at least passes in English Language, Mathematics, Economics and at least any one from the following Basic Science subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Agricultural Science.
C. FACULTY OF ENGINEERING
General Entry Requirements
Applicants must possess at least minimum of four (4) passes in requisite subjects as stated below at not more than two sittings in GCE ‘O’ Level or SSCE of WAEC or NECO or NTCB of NABTEB. All applicants must possess passes in English Language and Mathematics inthe specified examination.

In addition to general entry requirements, applicants must possess passes in Chemistry and Physics in all the three (3) courses listed above.
C. FACULTY OF APPLIED SCIENCES
General Entry Requirements
Applicants must possess at least minimum of four (4) passes in requisite subjects as stated below at not more than two sittings in GCE ‘O’ Level or SSCE of WAEC or NECO or NTC of NABTEB. All applicants must possess passes in English Language and Mathematics in the specified examination.
i. Basic and Foundational Studies in Computer Science:
In addition to general entry requirements, applicants must possess pass in Physics and any one (1) of the following: Chemistry, Economics, Biology, Agricultural Science and Geography.
ii. Basic and Foundational Studies in Statistics:
In addition to general entry requirements, applicants must possess two (2) passes in Science or Social Science subjects.
iii. Basic and Foundational Studies in Science Laboratory Technology
In addition to general entry requirements, each applicant must possess a pass in Physics and any one (1) of the following subjects: Chemistry, Agricultural Science/Biology/Health Science.
In addition to general entry requirements, applicants must possess pass in Physics and any one (1) of the following: Chemistry, Economics, Biology, Agricultural Science and Geography.
ii. Basic and Foundational Studies in Statistics:
In addition to general entry requirements, applicants must possess two (2) passes in Science or Social Science subjects.
iii. Basic and Foundational Studies in Science Laboratory Technology
In addition to general entry requirements, each applicant must possess a pass in Physics and any one (1) of the following subjects: Chemistry, Agricultural Science/Biology/Health Science.
METHOD OF APPLICATION

Applicants are required to access the admission forms and complete same using the scratch cards Personal Identification Number (PIN) on the College Website www.oscotechesaoke.edu.ng.

- On the payment page, select your preferred payment mode
- After successful payment, applicant shall be automatically directed to the application form
- Check your information to ensure the correctness of your data
- Click submit button to submit your application form
- Print the generated application form.
CHECKING OF PROVISIONAL ADMISSIONS LIST
Applicants are free to check the provisional lists of successful applicants online with the purchase of scratch cards at a cost of N1,000.00 (One Thousand Naira Only) from any of the above listed banks.
