General Entry Requirements

This is a one-year conversion course for holders of National Diploma (ND) in Business Administration and Management, Banking & Finance, Accountancy or Insurance wishing to
proceed to HND in Accountancy, Banking and Finance or Business Administration and Management. Holders of Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in relevant fields are also qualified to apply.
General Entry Requirements
Applicants must possess minimum of four credit passes in GCE ‘O’ Level or SSCE of WAEC or SSCE of NECO or NTC of NABTEB obtained at not more than two sittings from English Language, Mathematics and any two from the following subjects: Economics, Commerce, Business Methods, Principles of Accounts, Statistics, History, Government, Geography, Biology, Agricultural Science, Chemistry and Physics.
In addition, applicants must satisfy all the requirements for admission into the relevant National
Diploma (ND) programme of their choice in the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences, Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke, which include four (4) credit passes in GCE ‘O’ Level or SSCE of WAEC or SSCE of NECO or NTC of NABTEB in English Language, Mathematics and two (2) other subjects from Economics, Commerce, Business Methods, Principles of Accounts, Statistics, Geography, Biology, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Physics, History and Government.
3. HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES

General Entry Requirements
Applicants must possess appropriate National Diploma in Accountancy, Banking and Finance or Business Administration and Management with a minimum of Lower Credit grade from the Osun
State College of Technology, Esa Oke or any recognized Polytechnic of equivalent status with at least one year post-ND industrial work experience.
In addition applicants must also possess minimum of four (4) credits in GCE ‘O’Level or SSCE
of WAEC, or SSCE of NECO or NTC of NABTEB obtained at not more than two sittings from English Language, Mathematics and any other two from the following subjects: Economics,
Commerce, Business Methods, Principles of Accounts, Statistics, History, Government, Geography, Biology, Agricultural Science, Chemistry and Physics.
Applicants who possess ATS (3) or ICAN foundation stages are qualified to apply for admission into Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. Applicants with Advanced Certificate in either Accountancy or Banking and Finance are also qualified to apply.

General Entry Requirements
Minimum of four (4) credit passes in GCE ‘O’Level or SSCE of WAEC or SSCE of NECO or NTC of NABTEB obtained in Mathematics, and three (3) other relevant subjects as stated below. At least a pass in English Language is compulsory.
i. National Diploma in Building Technology:
In addition to the general entry requirements, three (3) credit passes must be obtained from any of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Woodwork, Metalwork, Building Construction, Bricklaying/Blocklaying/Concreting, Plumbing, Joinery/Carpentry, Walls, floor and ceiling finishing, Economics, Commerce, Agricultural Science, English Language, Biology. Credit pass in Physics is compulsory.
iii. National Diploma in Quantity Surveying:
In addition to the general entry requirements, three (3) credit passes must be obtained from any of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Commerce, Technical Drawing, Fine Arts, English Language, Geography, Woodwork, Biology, Agricultural Science, Building Construction and Further Mathematics. Credit pass in Physics is compulsory.
iii. National Diploma in Architectural Technology:
In addition to the general entry requirements, three (3) credit passes must be obtained from any of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Agricultural Science,Biology, Economics, Commerce, Technical Drawing, English Language, Fine Arts and Business Methods. Credit pass in Physics is compulsory.
iv. National Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning:
In addition to the general entry requirements, applicant must possess credit in Economics or Geography and two (2) credit passes must be obtained from any of the following subjects: Commerce, Fine Arts, Technical Drawing, Statistics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Agricultural Science, History, Government, English Language, Business Methods, Principles of Accounts, Building Construction, and Woodwork. One of the two (2) subjects must be a basic science.
v. National Diploma in Surveying and Geo-informatics:
In addition to the general entry requirements, applicants must possess three (3) credit passes obtained from any of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Fine Arts, Building Construction, Statistics, Geography, Economics, Commerce, Biology, English Language, Agricultural Science, and Basic Surveying. A Credit pass in Physics is compulsory.
vi. National Diploma in Estate Management:
In addition to the general entry requirements, applicants must possess credit pass in Economics and two (2) credit passes from the following which must include One (1) Basic Science subject: Principles of Accounts, Physics, Biology, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Geography and Government, English Language, Woodwork, Metalwork, Block Laying and Concreting.
vii. National Diploma in Photography
In addition to general entry requirements, credit pass in Physics, Chemistry and one (1) other subject from Fine Arts, English Language, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Statistics, Economics, Agricultural Science. .
viii. National Diploma in Arts and Design
In addition to general entry requirements, three (3) credit passes must be obtained from the following: History/Government, Chemistry/Physics, Biology/Agricultural Science, Literature in English, Clothing and Textiles.

ii Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying

v. Higher National Diploma in Surveying and Geo-informatics
Applicants must possess credit passes in Mathematics, Physics and any other two (2) subjects from the following: Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, English Language, Fine Arts, Statistics, Geography, Economics, Commerce, Biology, Agricultural Science, and Basic Surveying.
iv. Higher National Diploma in Estate Management

At least a Pass in English Language is compulsory.
National Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Applicants seeking admission must possess minimum of four (4) credit passes in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any one (1) subject from: Biology, Agricultural Science, Basic Electronics and Basic Electricity. At least a pass in English language.
National Diploma in Civil Engineering
Four O’level credits which must include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any one of: English Language, Biology or Agricultural Science. At least a pass in English language.
HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES

In addition, applicants must satisfy all the requirements for admission into the relevant ND programmes of choice in the Faculty of Engineering, Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke, which should include four (4) credit passes in GCE O’Level or SSCE of WAEC or NECO
or NTC of NABTEB at not more than two (2) sittings.
The four (4) credit passes must include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any other one (1) subject from the following: Biology, Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics, Statistics, Basic Electricity, Auto Mechanic, Metalwork, Geography, English Language, Government, Economics, Commerce, Further Mathematics, Welding and Fabrication and Woodwork.
In all cases, applicants must possess at least a Pass in English language.
Higher National Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Applicants seeking admission must possess minimum of four (4) credit passes in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any one (1) subject from: Biology, English Language, Agricultural Science, Basic Electronics and Basic Electricity. At least a pass in English language.
Special consideration
A good National Diploma in Computer Engineering may be considered for admission into Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering
Four (4) O’level credit which must include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any one of: English Language, Biology or Agricltural Science. At least a pass in English language.6

i. National Diploma in Agricultural Technology
Applicants must possess credit passes in Mathematics and Physics, and any of two (2) from the following: Biology, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics/Basic Electricity, Auto Mechanics, Metalwork, Food and Nutrition, English Language, Further Mathematics and Geography.
ii. National Diploma in Statistics
Applicants must possess credit passes in Mathematics and any other three (3) subjects from the following: Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Statistics, Geography, Government, History, Further Mathematics, Biology, Agricultural Science, English Language, Woodwork, Typewriting, Principles of Accounts, Commerce, Business Methods, Social Studies, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics, Basic Electricity and Auto Mechanic.

Applicants must possess credit passes in English Language, Mathematics and two (2) from the following: History, Literature in English, Economics, Commerce, Fine Arts, Government, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Basic Electricity, Geography, Type writing and Principles of Account.
iv. National Diploma in Office Technology and Management

General Entry Requirements
Applicants must possess relevant National Diploma in the proposed course from the Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke or any recognized Polytechnic of equivalent status plus at least
one year post-ND Industrial work experience. Applicants must possess minimum of four (4) credit passes at not more than two sittings in requisite subjects in GCE ‘O’Level or SSCE of WAEC or SSCE of NECO or NTC of NABTEB.
i. Higher National Diploma in Computer Science
In addition to general entry requirements, applicants must possess credit passes in Mathematics, Physics and two (2) other subjects from the following: Chemistry, Statistics, Further Mathematics, Biology, Agricultural Science, Basic Electronics, Basic Electricity, Auto Mechanics, Metalwork, Woodwork, Economics, Geography and Technical Drawing.
In all cases, graduates of other institutions other than Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke should ensure that their academic transcripts are forwarded by their various institutions early enough to The Registrar, Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Applicants are to obtain the admission form either through the purchase of scratch cards from any of the under-listed banks or directly through College web-based transaction with ATM card at a cost of N8, 500.00 (Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Naira Only).Applicants are required to fill and complete the admission forms on the College website (www.oscotechesaoke.edu.ng).

- On the payment page, select your preferred payment mode
- After successful payment, applicant shall be automatically directed to the application form

- Print the generated application form.
- All ND DPT applicants should obtain their JAMB Reg. No to complete their application from a nearby JAMB state office.
