Auchi Polytechnic (AUCHIPOLY) Full Time National Diploma ND First (1st) Batch List of Candidates Offered Provisional Admission for 2022/2023 Academic Session.

Auchi Polytechnic (AUCHIPOLY) ND has released the first batch admission list that contains the names of candidates offered provisional admission into its various National Diploma  (ND) programmes for the 2022/2023 academic session.

Candidates that participated in the Auchi Polytechnic (AUCHI POLY) ND Post UTME screening exercise can now check their admission status online.


Auchi Polytechnic (AUCHI POLY) ND FT Admission List 2022/2023

  1. Kindly log on to Auchi Poly admission status checking portal via http://auchipoly-online.com/admissionlistcriterialisting.php.
  2. Select your programme of study i.e. ND.
  3. Select your department.
  4. Select your course of study.
  5. Finally, click on ‘Check Admission List’ to access your Auchi Poly Admission Status.

Also Check via JAMB Caps

All Prospective AUCHI POLY candidates can access their admission status online only via the JAMB CAPS admission status checking portal.

Please Kindly Follow the procedure outlined below:

    Log on to https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
    Enter to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
    Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
    Select your Exam year and Enter your registration number in the required columns.
    Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your Auchi Poly admission status.

Successfully admitted are required to either: Accept or Reject Admission Offer via the JAMB CAPS Portal.

Note:
  1. If you found your name on the list, go to your department for clearance,to determine if you are qualified,if cleared proceed to accept offer of admission online and follow the procedure for payment of admin charges. Proceed to register for your courses online, then print copies of the registration form and submit two(2) copies to your school officer. Your admission will be cancelled if you are not registered within two (2) weeks. RECOMMENDED: AUCHI POLY Regular School Fees | ND, HND & Post-HND.
  2. All admitted students are required to do Acceptance and pay Administrative charges. All New and Returning Students are required to login into the students Control Panel, Print and Fill the Tertiary Institution Social Health Insurance Programme (Print Form) and submit same to Auchi Poly Cottage Hospital
  3. Successfully admitted candidates should login to the JAMB website, click on CAPS to check their admission status, and click on accept/reject button to either accept or reject the offer.
  4. Candidates whose admission status show “not admitted” should keep checking the JAMB website for further updates.
  5. Beware of fraudsters parading themselves as Auchi Polytechnic MIS staff.
  6. Auchi Poly MIS will never ask any candidate or student to pay money for admission, correction of errors in acceptance, registration, or results processing and will not request you to call any staff.
