Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi (FUAM) Post-UTME Screening Form, Admission Requirements, Eligibility, Cut-Off Marks, Application Guidelines, Deadline, Screening Date, Time and Venue for 2021/2022 Academic Session.
The Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi hereby announces to
the general public, especially its prospective students, that it has
commenced the sale of forms for its First Degree Programmes for the 2021/2022 academic session.
The application must be from suitably
qualified candidates who have applied to Joint Admission and
Matriculation Board (JAMB) and have chosen University of Agriculture,
Makurdi as their institution of choice.
All applicants seeking
admission into FUAM are hereby invited to register on-line for the 2021/2022 academic session admission. Any candidate who fails to
participate in the screening exercise will not be considered for
admission into the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi.
ELIGIBILITY
The Portal for registration opens on Monday 29th November, 2021 and closes on Friday 5th January, 2022. Only Candidates who scored 150 and above in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are qualified for the Screening Exercise; See the approved cut off marks for various courses for 2021/2022 session below.RECOMMENDED: FUAM Departmental Cut-Off Marks for 2021/2022 Admission Exercise.
Payment Options for Fees/Charges:
Payment in the Bank or our website will commence on Monday 29th November, 2021.First,
- Generate your RRR number.
- Go to the University website ONLY (Not Remita website) or a Bank Branch to generate your RRR number.
- After generating your RRR from the University website ONLY, choose any of the three payment options below to proceed with payment.
The University Portal has three payment options. These options are:
- Internet Banking: go to the University website and follow the instruction on the website to make your payment on the portal using your bank ATM card.
- Mobile Banking: use your ATM card on a mobile device (i.e. internet ready handset, ipad, etc) on the portal uam.edu.ng to pay your fees/charges. Follow the instruction at www.uam.edu.ng
- Bank Branch: go to any branch (nation-wide) of all the commercial banks on REMITA to pay the fees.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Candidates are to pay a non-refundable fee of two thousand naira (N2000) only, (Bank/service charge inclusive) and undertake the necessary Online Registration procedures to qualify for the exercise.To register, follow the steps outlined below:
- Visit https://fees.uam.edu.ng
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number
- Select your payment mode (Generate Remita Retrieve Reference (RRR)Number to pay with your bank’s ATM card)
- Return to the portal (http://entry.uam.edu.ng/utme ) and enter your JAMB Registration Number again
- Proceed with the completion of the form
- Correctly enter your O’Level results
- Confirm your entries
- Submit your application
- Print out your acknowledgement slip
- Await the announcement
a. The Printout of the Online Registration Form completed from the University Website.
b. Bank payment slip as evidence of payment.
c. Original JAMB score printout
d. Original and photocopy of Birth Certificate /Declaration of age
e. Originals and photocopies of O level Certificates /Statement of results (NCE/Diploma)
f. Certificate of State of Origin from your Local Government (for Nigerians only)
g. An unused WAEC and /or NECO scratch Card for checking of your result.
Note: BANK DRAFT AND CASH PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
