University of Jos (UNIJOS) Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) Arts & Science Admission Form,  Requirements, Application Guidelines and Deadline for 2021/2022 Academic Session [Late Application].

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the IJMB Programme under the Non-NUC Funded Programmes (NNUCFP) of the University of Jos (UNIJOS) for Arts and Social Sciences disciplines for 2021/2022 academic session.


Latest Update: The University of Jos Directorate of NON-NUC Funded Programmes (NNUCFP) hereby wishes to inform all its IJMB Students that Lectures for the IJMB Programme under the 2022/2023 Academic Session commenced from Monday 18th July, 2022.

Similarly, all newly admitted Students into the Programme are to note that Registration exercise for the 2022/2023 Academic Session have since commenced. It is on completion of their registration that they can be allowed to sit for their Sessional Examinations preparatory to the National Examinations which will be conducted as part of the process of concluding the programme.

Meantime, Late Admission Forms for IJMB Programme under the Non NUC Funded Programmes (NNUCFP) of the University of Jos for Arts and Social Sciences disciplines are currently on sale.

The Application Forms are available online and can be obtained on the University website: www.unijos.edu.ng upon payment of the sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Naira only (N7,500).

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Interested candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credits in the following subjects, English Language and Mathematics inclusive: History, Government, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, Geography, CRS, IRS, Hausa, Arabic Language and Literature in English.


METHOD OF APPLICATION

Application forms are available online and can be obtained on the University website: www.unijos.edu.ng upon payment of the sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Naira only (N7,500) through the Remita Payment Platform.

 

PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING THE FORM:

  1. Visit the Remita (www.remita.net) account and click on Federal Government Agency
  2. Name of MDS- Click “University of Jos”
  3. Name of Service- Click “IJMB Programme
  4. Purpose- Click “Purchase of forms”
  5. Provide a personal and functional email and phone numbers
  6. Codes will be sent to the email/phone numbers
  7. Candidates can then access the forms on-line
  8. Candidates are expected to print a hard copy of the submitted online form

 

SUBMISSION OF FORMS

All candidates are expected to submit a hardcopy of the completed forms to the office of the Senior Deputy Registrar, Non-NUC Funded Programmes, University of Jos, Room 106 Academic Block, Bauchi Road Campus or IJMB Coordinator’s Office, Township Campus, Murtala Mohammed Way, Jos.
