University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) Screening & Registration Guidelines for Fresh / Newly Admitted Students and Returning Students for 2020/2021 Academic Session.

This is to inform both fresh and returning students of the University Of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) that the management of the institution has released the online registration guidelines for the 2020/2021 academic session.

UNIMAID Fresh Students Registration Guidelines 2020/2021

• Print your JAMB Admission and slip on the JAMB website (https://jamb.gov.ng/Efacility.aspx) using your email address and password to login into your portal.
  • FOR UTME Candidates, report to your respective College and Faculty to collect your University Admission Letter and present yourself for screening with the following documents:
  • FOR DE Candidates, report to the Computer and ICT Center Conference Room for your University Admission Letter with the following Documents:
• Report to your faculty to collect your University Admission Letter and present yourself for screening with the following documents:
  • JAMB Admission Letter
  • JAMB Slip
  • Online Screening Evidence
  • A’ Level Certificate (DE Students Only) 
  • O’ Level Certificate
  • Primary School Certificate
  • Certificate of Birth
  • Certificate of indigene
• After successful screening, log on to www.portal.unimaid.edu.ng with your ID No as username and ID No as password follow the steps and change password and confirm the login through your email, fill in your Bio data,
  o Generate Remita from www.portal.unimaid.edu.ng only and proceed to bank for payment
  o Or you can pay online
  o Return to the portal and confirm your payment
  o Your courses are automatically uploaded.
  o You can Preview your courses add or delete elective courses and any other courses.
  o The print three copies of the registration forms and submit to your level
  coordinator.

• After successful screening, proceed to the Computer Centre for payment and registration with the following documents:
  • Screening form
  • Clearance form
  • Biodata form
  • University Admission Letter
  • JAMB Admission Letter
  • JAMB Slip
  • Online Screening Evidence
  • A’ Level Certificate (DE Students Only) 
  • O’ Level Certificate
  • Primary School Certificate
  • Certificate of Birth
  • Certificate of indigene

UNIMAID Returning Students Registration Guidelines 2020/2021

NB: All Returning Students are to please meet their Level Coordinators to collect their individual Login token to enable them begin their registration for the 2020/2021 academic Session.

• Print your JAMB Admission Letter and Jamb Result slip on the JAMB website (https://jamb.gov.ng/Efacility.aspx) using your email address and password to login into your portal.
• Report to your Department and collect your clearance form from your level coordinator and attach the following documents and proceed to the Computer Centre for payment and registration with the documents attached:
  • Biodata form
  • University Admission Letter
  • JAMB Admission Letter
  • JAMB Slip
  • Online Screening Evidence
  • A’ Level Certificate (DE Students Only)
  • O’ Level Certificate
  • Primary School Certificate
  • Certificate of Birth
  • Certificate of indigene
