  • By completing and submitting this Scholarship Form, the candidate has given his or her consent to the Scholarship Project Committee to verify all information provided in the form including school enrolment and academic performance from his or her Dean and/or Head of Department. Furthermore, such candidate has consented to the verification of his or her Ward/Village/Local Government Area of Origin. False information will render the application invalid, and can be subject to prosecution.
  • Information provided will be kept confidential and cannot be disclosed to external agencies without prior consent of the applicant.
  • Every part of the form must be completed or the application will be delayed or disqualified.
  • Beneficiaries must be studying in accredited public institutions of higher learning e.g. Universities, Polytechnics, Schools of Nursing and Colleges of Education in Nigeria.
