EKSU Examination Date for 1st Semester 2019/2020 [UPDATED]

Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti (EKSU) Examination Date for First (1st) Semester & Other Important Details for all Students for the 2019/2020 Academic Session.

Authorities of the Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti (EKSU) has announced the dates for the first semester, 2019/2020 academic session examinations.

EKSU Examination Date for 1st Semester 2019/2020 Session

This is to inform all students of Ekiti State University that 2019/2020 Academic Examinations will hold in phases, starting with 100Level Students, while others follow immediately.

The University enjoins all students to pay up all fees and get the registration slip printed from the portal.

  • 100Level Examination starts on Monday 15th February, 2021.
  • Resumption for their 2nd Semester takes immediate effect on 22nd February, 2021.
  • Deadline for printing of Exam slip for this set of students is 10th February, 2021 by 04:00pm
  • Printing of Registration Slip for 200Level - 500Level ends on 17th February, 2021 at exactly 0400Pm
  • 400Level & 500Level Examination starts on Monday 22nd February, 2021, while 200Level & 300Level Examination starts on Monday 1st March, 2021.

All students who had completed their registration should visit their Heads of Departments for authentication of their registration forms and revalidation slips (two copies each).

Any student who had paid the prescribed fees and charges but yet to be updated on his/her dashboard should lodge complaints with his/her Faculty Accountant who will collate all the complaints and transmit same to the Students' Services Unit of the Bursary Department for necessary action. Students are hereby advised to comply with the above directives,

EKSU Requirements for Admittance into the Hall for 1st Semester Exam 2019/2020

The 2019/2020 First Semester Examination is scheduled to start on Monday, 15th February 2021. To ensure the success of the examination, students are required to provide the following documents to make them eligible to write the examination:

i. Student’s clearance form
ii. Examination clearance form.

The above documents must have been authenticated by their respective Heads of Departments. Information gathered from the Heads of Departments revealed that students are yet to print their required documents from the portal.

Consequent upon the above, the Vice Chancellor has directed that concession should be given for the first two days (Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th February, 2021) to allow students with Remita receipts write the exams.

However, as from Wednesday 17th February, 2021, the use of:

i. Student’s clearance form and
ii. Examination clearance form will be made compulsory.

Students are hereby required to submit the above to their respective HODs for authentication on or before 4pm 16th February, 2021.
