Nigerian Army University Biu (NAUB) Post-UTME / Direct Entry (DE) Admission Screening Form, Courses, Requirements, Application Guidelines, Closing Date / Deadline for 2022/2023 Academic Session.

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the four-year Degree programmes of the Nigerian Army University Biu (NAUB) for the 2022/2023 Academic Session.


ABOUT NIGERIAN ARMY UNIVERSITY, BIU

1. The Nigerian Army University Biu (NAUB) is a public tertiary institution established to engage in imparting knowledge and skills to students using specialized facilities and multi-disciplinary approach; a centre of excellence for various innovative researches and development in military science and technology, logistic management, humanities and other related disciplines.

2. Admissions into Degree programmes are open to the general public. Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates that have chosen the University as their First Choice for Direct Entry (DE) and Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) with 170 points and above for UTME, to apply for the Post-UTME and DE online screening for admissions into all programmes of the University for 2022/2023 Academic Session. The exercise has been slated for Monday 31st October to Friday 25th November, 2022. All candidates for UTME and DE Admissions are to pay their Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (PUTME) fees of N2,000 and upload their credentials between Monday 31st October to Friday 25th November, 2022. Other activities involved in the online screening are as follows:

ELIGIBILITY

Only candidate who have chosen NAUB as their first choice and have a minimum of 170 points in the 2022 UTME and DE candidates with a minimum of 10 Upper-Credit or its equivalent are eligible for the Post-UTME Online Screening.

In addition, each candidate must possess at least (5) credit passes in relevant field including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings in their O-Levels. Participation in the Post-UTME and DE which will be conducted online is mandatory for all interested candidates

METHOD OF APPLICATION

    All candidates for UTME and DE Admissions are to pay their Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (PUTME) fees of N2,000 through Remita. UTME Candidates are to upload their O Level results on JAMB CAPS. In addition, DE Candidates are to send their A-Level result to [email protected].

    • Visit the Remita link at www.remita.net Search for NIGERIAN ARMY UNIVERSITY BIU as a biller.
    • Select Screening fee, Enter N2000 as the amount and fill in all mandatory details and submit
    • Select your payment options.
    • Click the “Pay Now” button to make payment using your ATM card (VISA/MASTER CARD/VERVE) or print the RRR and pay at the nearest commercial bank.
    • All Candidates are to send their Remita payment receipt to [email protected]
    • Only candidates whose payment has been verified by the University will be considered for admission.


      NB:
      • The Remita receipt should be sent as an attachment via email to [email protected]
      • The email should contain the following details:
      • Full name (Same as in the JAMB Slip)
      • JAMB registration number
      • Service details such as: Service number and Units (Serving personnel only)
      • All Candidates (UTME/DE) are to upload their O’level results on the JAMB CAPS portal
      • DE Candidates are to also send their A Level results to [email protected].

      CLOSURE OF APPLICATIONS FOR ADMISSION

      These exercises must be completed between Monday 31st October to Friday 25th November, 2022.
