Authorities of the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, has released the programme of events for this year’s (45th) Convocation Ceremonies.

OAU 45^th Convocation has been scheduled to hold from Wednesday, 8th to Saturday, 11th December, 2021 with the following highlights:

(1) Wednesday, 8th December, 2021
(a) Award of Diploma Certificates
Venue: Department of Local Government and Development Studies
Time: 9.00 a.m.
(b) Official opening of ‘The Great Ife’ 60 x 60 x 60 Anniversary Arts Exhibition
Venue: Oduduwa Hall Foyer
Time: 1:00 p.m.

(2) Thursday, 9th December, 2021
(a) Conferment of Bachelor’s Degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas, Master’s and Master of Philosophy
Degrees and Award of Prizes to Graduating Students in the Faculties of Administration, Arts,
Education, Law and Social Sciences.
Venue: Oduduwa Hall Amphitheatre
Time: 10:00 a.m.
(b) Convocation Play – “TO THE STARS” – by ‘Bayo Afolabi
Venue: Oduduwa Hall
Time: 7:00 p.m.

(3) Friday, 10th December, 2021
Conferment of Bachelor’s Degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas, Master’s and Master of Philosophy
