COEIKERE Resumption Date for Continuation of 2019/2020 Session

College of Education, Ikere-Ekiti  (COEIKERE) Resumption Date for Continuation of First (1st), Second (2nd) Semester Academic Activities for all NCE and Degree Students for 2019/2020 Academic Session.

This is to inform all NCE Parts I and ll students and 100 level Degree students of the College of Education, lkere-Ekiti (now Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology, Ikere-Ekiti) that the resumption date for the continuation of the 2019/2020 academic session is Sunday, November 22, 2020 while lectures will commence on Monday, November 23, 2020.


All NCE Part Ill, Degree 200 level, 300 level and 400 level students are to proceed for the teaching practice exercise and SIWES programme at the places of primary assignment to which they have been posted forthwith.

All students are strongly advised to pay the prescribed school fees online appropriately and ensure strict compliance with the COVID-19 protocols as no defaulting student ill be allowed into the campus.

The University authorities will not condone any form of congestion or Overcrowding anywhere on campus to prevent community spread of COVID-19, as such all students who are supposed to be on teaching practice or SIWES programme should confine themselves at their places of assignment.

Important Notice to Students Occupying Halls of Residence

This is to inform all students living in the Halls of Residence on campus that all rooms in the halls had been fumigated in preparation for resumption of our students in line with the prevention of the spread of Covid 19 pandemic.

Therefore students with leftover food items in the halls of residence/hostels are advised to dispose of such food and drink items to avoid consumption of contaminated consumables in the halls.

Please, note that health is wealth! As such, all students are encouraged to adhere strictly with this directive in their interest and in the interest of the entire University Community.
