    Please be informed that the dates of interview for successful applicants which will hold at the College of Health Technology, Ilesa is as scheduled below.

    The interview will hold from Tuesday 4th and Wednesday 5th October, 2022.

    Please Note: Interview starts at 8:00am

    Applicants are expected to bring along the following documents to the venue of interview.
    1. Original and Photocopy of Secondary School Certificate(s) PRINTOUT
    2. Original and Photocopy of Birth Certificate and Declaration of Age
    3. Two (2) recent passport size photographs
    4. Writing materials including Pencils, Erasers and Pen
    5. Printout of the Examination Slip
