University of Lagos (UNILAG) International School Lagos (ISL) Registration / Admission Form into Basic 7 (JS 1), Eligibility, Requirements, Entrance Examination Dates, Time, Venue, Application Guidelines and Deadline for 2022/2023 Academic Session.

The International School, University of Lagos (ISL) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into BASIC 7, (JS 1) for the 2022/2023 academic session.

Application forms are available for sale from Monday 7th February, 2022 at the cost of Ten Thousand Naira (₦10,000.00).

Method of Application:

Forms for the entrance examination can be purchased by paying the sum of N11,500 (Eleven thousand, two hundred Naira) for Application Form (N10,000) & Past Questions (N1,500)

2. Click on payment portal
3. Click on others
4. Fill the options: (under name fill candidate’s name and select HRDC-ISL Application Fee)
5. Click on continue, print payment advice and take to bank for payment
6. Present receipt at HRDC Admission office to obtain form

2. Take to bank for payment

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION SCHEDULE

EXAMINATION DATE: Friday, April 29, 2022
TIME: 9:00a.m.
EXAMINATION VENUE: International School, University of Lagos

CLOSING DATE

The closing date for the submission of completed Application Forms is Wednesday, April 27, 2022.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. The completed application form is to be submitted with a copy of the candidate’s birth certificate and two (2) recent passport photographs, at the HRDC Office, University of Lagos.
2. Children who will not attain the age of 10 years by 31st October, 2022 need not apply. ANY CASE OF UNDERAGE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
3. Candidates will sit for entrance examination in the following areas: English Language/Verbal Aptitude; Mathematics/Quantitative Aptitude; and General Knowledge with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
4. Past Entrance examinations questions and answers booklets will be available at the HRDC office for interested candidates, at the cost of one thousand, five hundred naira only (N1, 500.00) to be paid in addition to the cost of the form.

ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL LAGOS STATE (ISL)

International School Lagos (ISL) was established in 1981. The school is a secondary school located in the University of Lagos (Unilag) in Nigeria. After its establishment in 1981, the School moved to its permanent site in October 1983. ISL is situated inside the University of Lagos Akoka campus in Yaba, Lagos State.

The Past Principals of the school include Mrs. Adora E. Ojo (2011 - 2017), Dr. S.A. Oladipo (2009 - 2011), Mr. Nuhu Hassan (1997 - 2009). The current Principal is Dr. Brai Malik who assumed duties September 2017.
