ACEONDO SUG Election (e-voting) Schedule and Guidelines 2018/2019

Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo (ACEONDO) Students Union Election Schedule and Guidelines for e-Voting for 2018/2019 Session.

As the election of the ACE SUG election holds on Wednesday, 23rd January, 2019, the following guidelines are to be strictly followed by the students for a smooth election.

ACEONDO SUG Election (e-Voting) Guidelines 2018/2019

  1. Students should log in to portal.aceondo.net through their profile details
  2. Click on poll on the menu options displayed on their profile
  3. Next is to click on the start button ( it should however be noted that the start button will not display until 6am of 23/1/2019 and disappears by 3pm when election is scheduled to end)
  4. A verification code will be automatically sent to the registered ( indicated and put on the student profile by themselves when doing their bio-data) phone number of the candidate.
  5. The students will input the verification code received on their phone to the portal when requested, then they can continue to vote for candidates of their choices. All the elective posts will be readily displayed
  6. It should be noted that election starts by 6am and ends by 3pm. Only accredited agents are allowed to enter the viewing centre at MIS.
  7. Meanwhile, students who do not have Android/browsing phones or do not have access to network can avail themselves of the network enabled voting centre with two points at MIS as from 8am.
