The Nigerian Army have released the list of candidates successful for Short Service Combatant Commission (SSC) 47/2021.


This is to inform the general public that candidates who were successful at the SSC 47/2021 Selection Board held at the Nigerian Army Training Area Falgore, Kano State from 16 January – 4 February 2021 have been shortlisted and published on the Nigerian Army Recruitment Portal.

The portal can be accessed on https://recruitment.army.mil.ng/ssc/enlisted from 10.00am on Friday 26 March 2021.

Candidates who participated in the Selection Board are strongly advised to confirm their names and other details from the portal to ensure they are shortlisted before reporting for Cadet Training at the Nigeria Defence Academy, Kaduna. Details of items to be carried and other instructions for candidates are contained on the portal.

Successful candidates are to report to the Nigerian Defence Academy (Old Site), Kaduna for commencement of cadet training on Tuesday 6th April 2021.

Candidates who fail to report by 6:00pm on Wednesday 7th April 2021 will automatically forfeit their position and be replaced by another candidate on the Reserve List.

NIGERIAN ARMY SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES FOR SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION COURSE (47/2021)

The under listed successful candidates from the Nigerian Army Short Service Combatant Course 47/2021 Selection Board are to report for officer cadet training at the old site of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna on Tuesday 6 April 2021.


GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Successful candidates are to report at NDA (Old Site) with the following:
a. Original credentials and SSC 47 online application print out that bears their passport photograph.
b. Four copies of 5 x 7 coloured photograph in suit and in full standing position without cap/hat.
c. Two pairs of white (unmarked) round neck vests and navy blue shorts (without stripes).
d. Two pairs of black trousers.
e. Two pairs of pure white canvas trainers (rubber type NOT acceptable).
f. Two white bed sheets and pillow cases.
g. One blanket (grey or army green colour).
h. A set of cutlery.
i. Two pairs of national dress or suit and casual wears.
j. Serving military personnel are to come along with release letters and passes from their commanders/commanding officers.
2. Successful candidates who fail to report by 6pm on Wednesday 7 April 2021 will forfeit their positions and be replaced by another candidate on the Reserve List.

NOTE: The Nigerian Army shall not be liable for any injuries/death recorded in the course of the selection interview.
