AAU Ekpoma Regularization of Course Forms & Schedule 2018/2019

Ambrose Alli University, AAU Ekpoma Regularization of Course Forms from 2014/2015 Session Now On Sale for Students with Wrong or Incomplete Course Registration.

This is to inform all students of the Ambrose Alli University, AAU Ekpoma that the sales of course regularization forms has commenced for students with wrong or incomplete course registration details starting from 2014/2015 sets.

There will be REGULARIZATION OF COURSE FORMS ONLINE effective from 2014/2015 academic session to enable students personally address all pending issues associated with previous incomplete or wrong course registration.

Students are to use this opportunity to edit their course forms satisfactorily after due consultation with their course advisers . Students with no previous issues with course forms need not partake in this process. Students who have issues with course forms and fail to regularize course forms will not meet the faculty requirement for graduation

Result processing will be strictly based on courses registered online.

Changes on courses registered cannot be reversed hence absolute caution should be taken before making changes.


Print copies of your new course forms (from 100level till date) for your file in your Department/faculty

Students are strongly advised to consult with their course advisers to avoid irreversible errors during this process.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE REGULARIZATION OF COURSE FORMS

The two possible categories of students for regularization of course forms are designated with A and B below.

Kindly follow the instructions where applicable.

[A]
The instruction below is applicable to students who have existing course forms on KOFA.

REPAIR OF COURSE LIST (2014/2015, 2015/2016, 2016/2017, 2017/2018):

¶ Go to https://aaue.waeup.org, click login, enter usemame and password e.g Username: E2015171, password =234052
¶ Click "My Data" tab at the top of the page, select "Study Course", Click on any level of choice e.g 100.
¶ Click "Repair Course List": this will enable you add or remove courses from your course form (“Add Course Ticket” or ”Remove Selected Tickets” buttons).
¶ To print or download a PDF copy, Click "My Data" tab at the top of the page, select "Study Course", Click on the level of your choice e.g 100.,. Click on "Download Course Registration Slip"

[B]
The instruction below is applicable to students Who have one or more lower level course forms which are not available on KOFA. E.G Course Forms start from 300Level

Case scenario:
Assume a student with matric number: FNS/BCH/12/12334, AND KOFA ID: E1050081

(i) has no 100 and 200 level course form on KOFA account but has 300L and above

(ii) assume the list of courses for the 100level are ABC101,ABC 102, ABC103,ABC104,ABC105, FOR 2013/2014 (OR ANY LOWER SESSION)

(iii) Assume the list of courses for 200level are ABC201,ABC202,ABC203, ABC204 for 2014/2015 session.

The student is to create a table as shown *IN THE IMAGE BELOW (Check the IMAGE below to see the TABLE and others already typed out)

IN SUMMARY, IF YOUR 100 LEVEL HAS 20 COURSES , LIST THE 20 COURSES AS SHOWN in the Table (which is in the Image below) .

Do SAME FOR 200L.. THE CANDIDATE in the table (which is in the Image) HAS ONLY FIVE COURSES IN 100LEVEL AS EXAMPLE, HENCE THE FIVE COURSES WERE LISTED.

Send the table to courseforms@aauekpoma.edu.ng.

Then edit available sessions as indicated in “[A]” above.

The schedule for regularization is scheduled to hold between Tuesday 6th August 2019 to Friday 9th August, 2019.

In summary regularization enables students to add or delete courses on their course forms in previous sessions and help them restrict the number of units to maximum of 48 or 52 ( for final year)
