This is to inform all Staff and Students that the Academic Board has approved the resumption of academics activities in the Polytechnic for the first semester, 2021/2022 academic session as follows:
- Resumption Date: Saturday 22nd January, 2022
- Lecture Commencement Date: Monday 24th January, 2022
NB:
i. Registration shall commence immediately.
ii. New students who fail to register after a given period of two weeks for late registration may consider themselves withdrawn from the Polytechnic, and late registration attracts a fee of Five Thousand naira (N5,000:00);
iii. Late final submission of registration documents at the Registry by students shall attract a penalty fee of Ten thousand naira (N10,000:00) and a subsequent Ten thousand naira (N10,000:00) per year,
iv. Late semester course registration carries a penalty fee of One thousand naira (N1,000:00)
v. Lists of students who had paid their fees would be compiled and made available for all HODS;
vi. Spillover students must attend lectures and pay half of the normal fees as appropriate before the date of the carryover examinations.
