Steps on How to Get the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) Email Address and Wi-Fi Password for all Staffs and Students in the Campus.

UNN Email and Wifi Password Request Procedures for Staffs & Students

1. E-Mail Address Request Procedures

* UNN STUDENTS THAT NEED THE UNN EMAIL SHOULD SEND AN EMAIL TO customerservice.ict@unn.edu.ng.
 
THE EMAIL SHOULD CONTAIN YOUR FULL NAMES, REG. NUMBER, DEPARTMENT AND YOUR TYPE OF STUDY e.g. sandwich, diploma, PG, etc

** UNN STAFF THAT NEEDS THE UNN EMAIL SHOULD SEND AN EMAIL TO customerservice.ict@unn.edu.ng
THE EMAIL SHOULD CONTAIN YOUR FULL NAMES, phone number, DEPt/faculty, employment post, home address, staff number e.g. sandwich, diploma, PG, etc

2. Wifi Password Request Procedures

HOW TO GET YOUR WIFI PASSWORD
1) LOGIN TO YOUR UNN EMAIL ADDRESS
Example: emeka.okoro.123456@unn.edu.ng
2) SEND "I REQUEST FOR MY WIFI PASSWORD" to UNN EMAIL oncall@unn.edu.ng with the SUBJECT NAME AS "WIFI PASSWORD"
