AAU Ekpoma Transcript Collection Procedures and Requirements

Ambrose Ali University, AAU Ekpoma Academic Transcript / Statement of Results Collection Procedures/Guidelines and Requirements for Graduates of the Institution.

This is to inform all graduate students of the Ambrose Ali University, AAU Ekpoma that they can now follow the outline guidelines for the successful collection of their academic transcript / statement of results from the institution.

AAU Ekpoma Statement of Results Collection Guidelines and Requirements

For those that wish to collect Transcripts, you are to go to Zenith Bank in Ekpoma and pay the sum of Ten Thousand (N10,000) Naira Only via draft, then proceed to University Bursary and change it to Receipt.

Afterwards, you are to go to Exams and Record and they will give you a form to fill, after filling the form you go to ICT located at Main library and present your receipt to them.

ICT will send your details to Exams and Record then you pay a little amount of money for Posting, cos Exams and Record will not give you transcripts by hand. They must post it to the institution demanding for it.

Requirements

For those that graduated recently, whose results has been released can immediately collect their Statement of results irrespective of your department, as long as your department have released their final year results.

Here are the documents needed to collect Statement of result for your NYSC Mobilization exercise

Photocopy the following:
  • Clearance form
  • Alumni Due Receipt (Union Bank)
  • School ID card
  • Endowment and convocation brochure Receipt
  • 1 Session of the result
  • Batch of the result
  • Serial number of the result
  • Session of the Verification
  • Batch of the verification
  • Serial number of the Verification
  • Note, results are not issued proxy in Exams and Record numbers Division
  • FINAL YEAR VERIFICATION For final year students only

PROCEDURES FOR YOUR VERIFICATION/FINAL YEAR CLEARANCE

1. Mode of entry
2. School fees receipts (100L-400L)
3. Brochure (N2,500 UDA microfinance bank)
4. Endowment (N3,000 UDA microfinance bank)
5. Last session Restitution Receipt
6. Clearance (pay N500 to faculty and show the receipt to Faculty officer to collect your clearance slip)
7. Alumni due (N1,000 union bank)
8. Library Clearance (N500 for Library due and another N500 for library guide, TOTAL=N1,000 at UDA microfinance bank ) -for those that pay for library due when in 100L or 200L, go and renew it
