Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria Postgraduate School Clearance / Registration Guidelines / Procedures for all Fresh/Newly Admitted Postgraduate Students for 2021/2022 Academic Session.

This is to inform all fresh postgraduate students of the Ahmadu Bello University, ABU that the management has released the new registration guidelines for 2021/2022 academic session.


Clearance and registration begin on Monday 10th January, 2022. Admitted candidates are expected to pay their necessary fees and register within two weeks from the commencement date of registration.

Please note that there shall be more upload and all prospective students are advised to be checking out on the link below for updates as more batches of names will be added in the days or weeks.

ABU Postgraduate Registration Guidelines for Freshmen 2021/2022

  • Upon confirmation of ABU Postgraduate admission status, download your notification of admission.
  • Proceed to your faculty for screening.
  • Login into ABU SPGS portal (https://spgs.abu.edu.ng/forms/login) with your email and password to generate a transaction ID for payment of the non-refundable acceptance fee.
  • After payment, you can proceed to the SPGS to collect your admission letter.
