Federal University Lokoja (FULOKOJA) Inter And Intra Faculty / Department Transfer Application Form Guidelines and Procedures For Students Withdrawn Over Poor Academic Performances for 2019/2020 Academic Session.

At the 53rd Senate Meeting of Inter and Intra Faculty/Department Transfer held on Monday 20th January, 2020 and 43rd SBC Meeting held on Friday 21st February, 2020 at the Council Chamber, Federal University Lokoja, the following guidelines were approved for students who were withdrawn on account of poor academic standing and were willing to transfer to other programmes:

All students are hereby informed that the mode of sale of Inter and Intra Faculty/Department Transfer Form has changed. To apply, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. You must be on the list of students withdrawn on Poor Academic Standing.
  2. For a student that is withdrawn on account of poor academic performance to be eligible for transfer, he/she must apply for transfer immediately after being withdrawn by the Senate.
  3. He/she must possess the O’level requirement for the destination programme/department.
  4. Such a student can only be eligible for transfer once.
  5. A transfer student shall login with his/her Matriculation Number to the University Student Portal to download and fill the Application Form
  6. Applicants shall be considered by the Committee on Inter and Intra Faculty/Department Transfer.
  7. The Committee shall consider the current population/capacity of each programme/department in determining the number of transfer students it can accommodate.
  8. Successful applicants shall be communicated through their new Departments, and shall proceed to the University Portal to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of 10,000.

     In view of the above, the Transfer form is now available at the Academic Affairs Division for a fee of N10,000.00 only. You are to follow the steps below to purchase the form:

    • Log on to “remita.net
    • Click “Pay FGN and State TSA
    • Click on “FGN: Federal Government Of Nigeria
    • Fill the pop-up form as follow:
      • WHO DO YOU WANT TO PAY *: FEDERAL UNIVERSITY LOKOJA – 1000141
      • NAME OF SERVICE/PURPOSE *: DONATION
      • PURPOSE OF PAYMENT *: Inter and Intra Faculty/Department Transfer Charges
      • AMOUNT TO PAY (₦) *: 10,000.00
    • Then click “SUBMIT”.
    • If you paid online using your ATM card, print the online receipt and submit to Bursary Department for University Receipt.
    • If you paid at a Bank, bring the bank teller or receipt to Bursary Department for University Receipt.
    • Then, bring the University Receipt to Academic Affairs Division to collect the Transfer Form.

    Concerned students are to submit their completed Transfer forms to the Academic Secretary on or before close of work on Friday 28th February, 2020 for consideration by the Inter and Intra Faculty/Department Transfer Committee.

    Please note that successful applicants shall be communicated through their new Departments.
