UNIBEN Matriculation Ceremony Collection & Retrieval of Gowns 2018/19

University of Benin, UNIBEN Matriculation Ceremony Collection and Retrieval of Academic Gowns for Fresh/Newly Admitted Students for 2018/2019 Academic Session.

Following the announcement of the matriculation ceremony schedule of fresh/newly admitted students of the University of Benin, UNIBEN, the management has released the dates for collection and retrieval of gowns for 2018/2019 academic session.

UNIBEN Matriculation Ceremony Collection & Retrieval of Gowns 2018/2019

  1. Wednesday 15th May, 2019: Collection of gowns by Faculty of Arts, Engineering, Basic Medical Sciences, Medicine, Physical and Life Sciences, Environmental Sciences. 08:00am – 05:00pm
  2. Thursday 16th May, 2019: Collection of gowns by freshers of Law, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Management Sciences, Social Science and Institute of Child Health and Institute of Public Admin. & Extension Services (IPAES). 08:00am – 05:00pm
  3. Friday 17th May, 2019: Collection of gowns by Faculty of Education, Institute of Education and Institute of Child Health, Agriculture and Engineering . 08:00am – 05:00pm
  4. Saturday 18th May, 2019: Collection of gowns by remaining students of all Faculties 07:30am – 09:30am
  5. Saturday 18th May, 2019: Retrieval of Gowns from all Faculties. 08:00am – 05:00pm
  6. Monday 20th May, 2019: Retrieval of Gowns. 08:00am – 05:00pm
  7. Tuesday 21st May, 2019: Retrieval of Gowns. 08:00am - 05:00pm
 
NOTE:
N500.00 fine on a daily bases will be imposed on any student who keeps the gown after Tuesday 21st May, 2019. Students are required to bring along the original and one photocopy of their Eligibility Form signed by their faculty officer with the original.

VENUE FOR BOTH COLLECTION AND RETRIEVAL OF GOWNS IS AT THE BACK OF THE STUDENTS’ CENTRE (BASEMENT).

LAST DAY FOR SUBMISSION OF GOWNS IS TUESDAY 21ST MAY, 2019. 

ANY STUDENT THAT DID NOT RETURN ACADEMIC GOWN AFTER 21ST MAY, 2019, SHOULD RETURN IT TO ROOM 18, VICE-CHANCELLOR OFFICE.
