i. Collection of JAMB admission letters from candidates: 8th July - 6th August 2019
ii. Issuance of GSUST admission letters with fees and charges schedule: 29th July - 6th August 2019
iii. Preparation of registration materials and procedures: 29th July — 2rd August 2019

B. Academic Activities

i. Screening and registration of students: 6th — 19th August 2019
ii. Late Registration of Students and Orientation: 20th — 26th August 2019
iii. Matriculation of Registered Students: 27th August 2019
iv. Continuation of 1st semester Lectures: 28th August — 28th September 2019
v. Mid-semester Break: 29th September - 6th October 2019
vi. Resumption of Lectures: 7th October — 2nd December 2019
vii. 1st Semester Examinations: 3rd — 20th December 2019
viii. End of 1st Semester Break: 21st December 2019 -5th January 2020 **
ix. 2nd Semester Lectures: 6th January — 21st February 2020
x. Marking and consideration of 1st semester exams results: 6 January - 21st January 2020
xi. Mid-Semester Break: 22nd February - 1st March 2020

xiii. 2nd Semester Examinations: 20th April - 8th May 2020
xiv. End of 2nd Semester Break and Commencement Summer Semester: 30th May 2020
