NOUN COLLECTION OF NYSC EXCLUSION LETTERS FOR 2022 GRADUATES: This to inform all Study Centre Directors that the process for the collection of exclusion letters for graduates that convoked during the 11th Convocation Ceremony of the University held on Saturday, 26th March, 2022 has commenced.

NOUN Collection of NYSC Exclusion Letters Guidelines for 2021 Graduands

Kindly follow the guidelines below:

•  Visit the NYSC registration portal via the following website https://portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc3/CheckInstitutionCoursesPCMs.aspx
• Select Batch i.e 2020 Batch 'A'
• Select Your Programme
• Select your Institution (i.e School you graduated from),
• Select Your Course (Course Offered)
• Click the EXTRACT PCM button to access the senate mobilization list.

NB:

• You can use the available search space (at the top of the status column) to quickly search your name on the list. 
• The status column will show YET TO REGISTER when you have not done the NYSC Registration and will display REGISTERED for students who have completed the NYSC Online Registration process.
• Proceed to do your Online Registration on the NYSC Online Registration portal
• Verify your email address by 'Clicking on the URL to confirm and continue with your NYSC account creation/registration  
• Fill in the required details, (Please select Part-Time to ignore JAMB Regularization No.), then Click on 'Submit and Continue',
• You will be redirected to the Payment Page (choose your preferred payment options)
• Proceed to make Payment
• NB: Please ensure you check and apply for correction of any irregularities in your details before printing.

Directors are to note that due to some extenuating circumstances, the details of graduates in the under-listed programmes have not been uploaded:
i. B. Agriculture Crop Science
ii. B. Agriculture Agricultural Economics and Agro-Business
iii. B. Agriculture Animal Science
iv. B. Agriculture Agricultural Extension and Rural Development
v. B.Sc. Entrepreneurship
vi. B.Sc. Environmental Health Science
vii. B.A. Christian Religious Studies
viii. B.Sc. International and Diplomatic Studies

However, the University is working assiduously to ensure that their records are included in the next batch of the exercise.

Meanwhile, graduates who in the course of confirming their details receive the following statement, "No record found. Contest your school for verification of the approved list; should kindly complete their details in a Microsoft Excel format as shown below and forward to [email protected].

• State of Origin
• Phone Number
• Gender

Study Centre Directors are kindly enjoined to give this information the widest publicity it deserves by circulating it on the Centre Notice Boards and relevant social media platforms for the attention of these graduates.
