National Open University (NOUN) Collection of NYSC Exclusion Letters Procedures and Guidelines for 2021 Graduands.

This is to inform all concerned persons that the process leading to the collection of NYSC Exclusion Letters for graduands of the 2021 Convocation is on.

Registration starts from 20th April, 2021.

NOUN Collection of NYSC Exclusion Letters Guidelines for 2021 Graduands

Kindly follow the guidelines below:
  •  Visit the NYSC registration portal via the following website https://portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc3/CheckInstitutionCoursesPCMs.aspx
  • Select Batch i.e 2020 Batch 'A'
  • Select Your Programme
  • Select your Institution (i.e School you graduated from),
  • Select Your Course (Course Offered)
  • Click the EXTRACT PCM button to access the senate mobilization list.

NB:
  • You can use the available search space (at the top of the status column) to quickly search your name on the list. 
  • The status column will show YET TO REGISTER when you have not done the NYSC Registration and will display REGISTERED for students who have completed the NYSC Online Registration process.
  • Proceed to do your Online Registration on the NYSC Online Registration portal
  • Verify your email address by 'Clicking on the URL to confirm and continue with your NYSC account creation/registration  
  • Fill in the required details, (Please select Part-Time to ignore JAMB Regularization No.), then Click on 'Submit and Continue',
  • You will be redirected to the Payment Page (choose your preferred payment options)
  • Proceed to make Payment
  • NB: Please ensure you check and apply for correction of any irregularities in your details before printing.

Please note that the above information is for graduates of the 2021 Convocation Ceremony and those of 2020/2021 who are yet to register.

ALSO BE INFORMED THAT GRADUATES WHOSE RECORDS ARE NOT FOUND ON THE NYSC PORTAL SHOULD PLEASE FILL THE ATTACHED MICROSOFT WORD DOCUMENT AND FORWARD TO [email protected]
