The National Examination Council (NECO) has published the list of approved registration centers, cybercafes operators and agents for the 2023 November / December Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE External).

All candidates seeking to register for the NECO November / December GCE Examinations are hereby advised to do as at any cybercafe centers or operators nearest to them.
The Council has launched a portal to enable candidates to find SSCE-Ext Registration Point nearest to them.

Steps to Locate NECO SSCE-External Registration Centers / Operators Nationwide
- Kindly log on to the NECO Cafe Operators portal via https://operator.neco.gov.ng/
- Using the Search box enter your State e.g Lagos State
- Wait for the results to be displayed
