NYSC 2023 Batch 'A' Verification Schedule [Foreign Trained Graduates]
National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) 2023 Batch 'A' Stream II (2) Pre-Camp Physical Screening / Verification of Foreign Trained Graduates Certificates and Documents Nationwide [List of Pre-Camp Centres for 2023 Batch 'A' Physical Verification of Foreign-Trained Graduates].

This is to inform all foreign-trained graduates who registered online for the 2023 Batch ‘A’ stream service year, whose credentials and travel documents are yet to be physically verified that the verification exercise has been scheduled to hold from Monday 17th to Thursday 20th April, 2023.


While the dates for the centers will be communicated to individual prospective Corps Member on their dashboard, the exercise for those who chose the FCT as their center will commence earlier than other states.

Centers and locations for the exercise are listed below:

1. Enugu: NYSC Secretariat, 2 Abakaliki Road, Enugu.
2. Bauchi: Shadawanka Military Barracks, Bauchi.
3. FCT: NYSC Orientation Camp Kubwa, Abuja.
4. Kano: Bakavu Barracks, Kano.
5. Lagos: NYSC Secretariat, Old Census Office Babs Animashun Street, Surulere, Lagos.
6. Osun: NYSC Secretariat, New Ikirun road, Osogbo.
7. Rivers: NYSC Secretariat, 40 Ikwerre road, Port-Hacourt.
8. Sokoto: Gingiya Barracks, Sokoto
9. Adamawa: NYSC Secretariat, Federal Secretariat Complex, Yola.

NOTE:
  • You will receive SMS or check your dashboard for the date and time assigned to you.
  • As part of measures to ensure social distancing and smooth conduct of the exercise, you are expected to strictly report on the date and time specified for you at the venue you indicated when you registered online.
  • You are to present all original credentials and travel documents as uploaded online during registration.
  • Furthermore, you are to adhere strictly to the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) COVID-19 safety protocols of hand washing, as well as carry along hand sanitizers and face masks and maintain personal hygiene.
  • You are also to note that only persons whose credentials are duly physically verified and cleared will be deployed, exempted or excluded from National Service.
  • Most foreign graduates who are yet to be evaluated usually have one or more documents to be re-uploaded and a message will be sent to their dashboard as regard to that. They are expected to re-upload and do what is stipulated before they can be evaluated.
  • The Federal Ministry of Education has a portal for request of letter of evaluation. For institution in Benin Republic the schools process it for them.
  • Anyone who contacts you via Direct Message offering to get you an "Evaluation Letter" for a fee is a Scammer. Beware.
  • Foreign PCMs who have re-uploaded their documents should send an email to [email protected]
  • Attention: Director Corps Mobilization requesting that they should be evaluated again. They should include their Names,  email address and phone numbers used to register in the email.
    Common reasons that stop foreign trained PCMs from being evaluated successfully include:
    - Poorly scanned documents.
    - Uploading photocopies of Certificates and travel documents instead of Original copies.
    - Not uploading all the required documents.

After the Online Registration, you are to report at the NYSC Orientation camp closest to you with original and photocopies of your documents for physical verification.

Also note that, if your credentials have been physically verified at the various centers during the Pre-Camp Verification Exercise, you should print your Clearance Slip and present same for registration at the various camps of deployment with original copies of your documents/credentials and International Passport (s).

Those with questionable credentials are strongly advised NOT to show up for the exercise, to avoid arrest and prosecution.

The Management of National Youth Service Corps wishes to notify all Foreign Trained Nigerian Graduates that the Scheme has devised a new strategy of verifying certificates and other documents submitted for mobilization by foreign graduates.

To ensure that the verification exercise is carried out seamlessly, Management has earmarked one centre in each of the six geo-political zones.

The centres are:

    (1) South West: Lagos & Osun.
    (2) South South: Rivers & Edo.
    (3) South East: Enugu & Abia.
    (4) North East: Bauchi & Adamawa;
    (5) North West: Kano & Sokoto.
    (6) North Central: FCT.

    NYSC 2022 Batch 'C' Verification Schedule [Foreign Trained Graduates]

    List of Pre-Camp Centres for 2022 Batch 'B' Physical Verification of Foreign-trained graduates.

    Prospective corps members concerned are hereby advised to report at only centres they indicated during online registration, please.

      Requirements:
      (a) All Academic and Professional Credentials Uploaded While Registering Online.
      (B). Nigerian International Passport, (Residence Permit E.t.c) Other International Passport (for Dual Citizens)

      Accordingly, all Foreign Trained Nigerian Graduates are hereby advised to physically present themselves along with original copies of their certificates, transcripts, travel documents and evaluation letters from Federal Ministry of Education and residence permit (where applicable) for sighting/verification.

      NOTE:
      Those who have not been verified physically previously and are to revalidate during Online Registration should also present themselves for the Pre-camp Verification Exercise. 

      All persons who were exempted from service and those whose mode of study was part-time should also present themselves with their credentials for physical verification.

      Please note that this exercise is mandatory.

      RECOMMENDED: 


      All foreign trained graduates are at liberty to present themselves at any of the verification centres nearest or most convenient for them.
