Poly Ibadan Daily Part-Time Admission Form 2019/2020 | ND & HND

The Polytechnic Ibadan (IBADAN POLY) Daily Part-Time Programme for National Diploma (ND DPP) and Higher National Diploma (HND DPP) Two (2) Year Admission Form, Courses, Requirements,Application Guidelines and Deadline for 2019/2020 Academic Session.

Application are invited from qualified candidate for admission into undergraduate Daily part time leading to award of National Diploma (ND DPP) and Higher National Diploma (HND DPP) in various courses in the following :

Available Programmes

1. ND Daily Part-Time Courses (DPP ND)

  • Faculty of Engineering
  • Faculty of Science
  • Faculty of environmental Studies
  • Faculty of financial management Studies
  • Faculty of Business and Communication Studies

2. HND Daily Part-Time Courses (DPP HND)

  1. Faculty of Science - Computer Science, Geology, Maths/ Statistics, Microbiology and Applied Chemistry. 
  2. Faculty of Financial Management Studies - Accountancy, Banking/ Finance, Insurance. 
  3. Faculty of Business and Communication Studies - Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration, Purchasing & Supply, Marketing, Office Technology Management, Local Government Studies. 
  4. Faculty of Environmental Studies - Architecture, Estate Management, Surveying and Geo-informatics, Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Urban and Regional Planning, Arts and Design. 
  5. Faculty of Engineering - Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Computer Engineering.

General Requirements

1. ND Daily Part-Time Courses (DPP ND)

1. Candidates seeking admission into any of the programmes must have sat for the 2019 UTME and obtained a minimum score of 150.
2. Candidates who did not pick The Polytechnic Ibadan but have a minimum score of 150 in the 2019 UTME.
3. Candidates must have five credit in relevant 0' level credits subjects in one or two sittings.
4. Candidates may visit the application portal for subject required for each course.

2. HND Daily Part-Time Courses (DPP HND)

1. Candidates seeking admission into any of the programmes must have obtained a National Diploma from an NBTE accredited Institution with a minimum of Lower Credit and completed one year post-ND industrial attachment.
2. Candidate who obtained a pass grade in their National Diploma would be considered provided they have completed one year post-ND industrial attachment.

Method of Application

1. ND Daily Part-Time Courses (ND DPP)

  • Candidates for the DPP ND programme will pay a fee of Twelve thousand Five hundred naira (N12,500) only, using any Bank Payment Card.
  • Upon admission, candidates are expected to visit any JAMB accredited CBT Centre to fill the JAMB Part-time form for Three thousand Five hundred thousand naira (N3,500) only.
