QUALIFICATION(S) AND REQUIREMENTS
(i) Principal Assistant Registrar (CONTISS 13)
Candidate must possess a good Honours degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) plus a Master degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of twelve (12) years cognate experience in a university or an institution of comparable status. Computer literacy is mandatory.
(ii) Senior Assistant Registrar (CONTISS 11)
Candidate must possess a good Honours degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) plus a minimum of nine (9) years cognate experience in a university or an institution of comparable status. Computer literacy is compulsory.
OR
A good Honours degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) from a recognized university plus a Master degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of six (6) years cognate experience in a university or an institution of comparable status.
(iii) Administrative Officer I (CONTISS 08)
Candidate must possess a good Honours degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of three (3) years cognate experience in a status. Computer literacy is mandatory.
OR
Candidate must possess a good Honours degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) plus a Masters’ degree in relevant discipline.
(iv) Administrative Officer II (CONTISS 07)
Candidate must possess a good Honours degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university. Computer literacy is mandatory.
(v) Higher Executive Officer (CONTISS 07)
Candidate must possess a Higher National Diploma in Social Science/Management Studies with a minimum of Lower Credit from a recognized institution. Computer literacy is mandatory.
OR
Candidate must possess a National Diploma (ND) or University Diploma in Social Science/Management Studies with a minimum of Lower Credit from a recognized institution plus at least six (6) years cognate experience in a university or an equivalent institution.
(vi) Personal Secretary I (CONTISS 09)
Candidate must possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Studies or its equivalent with a minimum of Lower Credit from a recognized Institution plus at least six (6) years cognate experience in a University or an equivalent institution. Computer literacy is mandatory.
OR
Candidate must possess a National Diploma (ND) in Secretarial Studies or its equivalent with a
minimum of Lower Credit from a recognized institution plus at least twelve (12) years cognate
experience in a university or an equivalent institution.
BURSARY
(vii) Accountant II (CONTISS 07)
Candidate must possess a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Accounting with at least Second Class (Lower Division) from a recognized university. Computer literacy is mandatory.
(viii) System Analyst I (CONTISS 08)
Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) degree in Computer Science/Information Communication & Technology or relevant discipline from a recognized university plus three (3) years’ post-qualification cognate experience in Data Processing and Software Design.
OR
Bachelor of Science degree with a Masters’ degree in Computer Science/Information Communication & Technology equivalent discipline.
HEALTH SERVICES
(ix) Nursing Officer II (CONTISS 07)
Candidate must possess a good Honours degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) degree in Nursing from a recognized University and must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. Computer literacy is mandatory.
OR
Nigerian Registered Nurse (NRN) and/or Registered Midwife (RM) or State Certified Midwife (SCM) certificate from recognized institutions.
DEPARTMENT OF WORKS AND SERVICES
(x) Principal Technical Officer II (CONTISS 09)
Candidate must possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of Lower Credit from a recognized institution plus at least six (6) years post-qualification cognate experience in a university or an equivalent institution. Computer literacy is mandatory.
(xi) Senior Engineer (CONTISS 09)
Candidate must possess a good Honours degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least second class (Lower Division) from a recognized institution. The candidate must be registered with COREN and at least six (6) years post-qualification cognate experience in a university of an institution of comparable status. Computer literacy is mandatory.
INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY APPLICATION CENTRE(ICTAC)
(xii) Higher Technical Officer (HTO) (CONTISS 07)
Candidate must possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) with a minimum of Lower Credit in Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Physics/Electronics from a recognized institution.
OR
National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit in Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Physics/Electronics from a recognized institution plus at least six (6) years post-qualification cognate experience in a university or an equivalent institution.
(xiii) System Analyst II (CONTISS 07)
Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) in Computer Science/Information Communication & Technology or relevant discipline from a recognized university.
(xiv) Higher Executive Officer (Data) (CONTISS 07)
Candidate must possess Higher National Diploma with at least Lower credit in Computer Science from a recognized institution.
OR
National Diploma with a minimum of Lower credit in Computer Science from a recognized institution with at least six (6) years cognate experience in a university or an equivalent institution.
(xv) Computer Engineer I (CONTISS 08)
Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) in Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognized institution plus a minimum of three (3) years cognate experience in design, construction, and maintenance of computer networks and equipment; computer system assembly, repair and maintenance. The candidate must be registered with Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) and Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN).
SPORTS UNIT
(xvi) Assistant Chief Sports Coach (CONTISS 12)
Candidate must possess a good Honours degree with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) in Physical and Health Education/Human Kinetic Education from a recognized university with a minimum of twelve (12) years coaching experience in a university or an equivalent institution, and must be a member of relevant professional body such as Nigeria Association of Physical Health Education Recreation Sports and Dance (NAPHER-SD) or Nigeria Institute of Management. Computer literacy is mandatory.
OR
A good Honuors degree with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) in relevant discipline plus a coaching certificate and a Master’s degree in Physical and Health Education/Human Kinetic Education from a recognized University with a minimum of nine (9) years coaching experience in n a University or an equivalent institution, and be a member of relevant professional body such as Nigeria Association of Physical Health Education Recreation Sports and Dance (NAPHER-SD) or Nigeria Institute of Management
OR
A good degree with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) in relevant discipline plus a Ph.D in Physical and Health Education/Human Kinetic Education from a recognized University with a minimum of six (6) years coaching experience in a University or an equivalent institution, and be a member of relevant professional body such as Nigeria Association of Physical Health Education Recreation Sports and Dance (NAPHER-SD) or Nigeria Institute of Management.
(xvii) Sport Coach II (CONTISS 07)
Candidate must possess a good Honours degree in Physical and Health Education from a recognized university. Computer literacy is mandatory.
OR
National Institute of Sport Higher National Diploma in coaching or a University Diploma or National Certificate of Education in Physical and Health Education plus six (6) years’ coaching experience in a university or an equivalent institution.
OR
University Diploma or Diploma in coaching or a University Diploma or National Certificate of Education in Physical and Health Education plus six (6) years’ coaching experience in a University or an equivalent institution.
OR
A good Honours degree in Physical and Health Education from a recognized university.

Deputy Registrar

Candidate must possess a good Honours degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) plus a Master degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of fifteen (15) years cognate experience in a status, three (3) of which must have been at Senior Management position (i.e. Principal Assistant Registrar). Computer literacy is compulsory. The candidate must be a member of a relevant professional body e.g. NIM, NIPM, etc.
Computer literacy is mandatory.

2 PHYSICAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENTDeputy Director Physical Planning and Development

Candidate must possess a good Honours degree in Architecture/Quantity Surveying/Building/Town Planning with at least Second Class (Lower Division) from recognized University. The candidate must be registered with ARCON/QSRBN/CORBON/TOPREC and have at least thirteen (13) years post-qualification cognate experience in a university or an institution of comparable status with at least three (3) year as Chief Architect/Chief Quantity Surveyor/Chief Builder/Chief Town Planner. Computer literacy is mandatory.

3 BURSARY DEPARTMENT

Deputy Bursar

Candidate must possess Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or related discipline with at least Second Class (Lower Division) plus MBA or M.Sc. in relevant discipline from recognized university. Candidates must be a full member of a recognized professional accounting body such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA, ACMA and CPA and must have at least twelve (12) years cognate experience, three (3) of which must have been at a Senior Management position (i.e. Chief Accountant) in a university or an equivalent institution of higher learning, or an appropriate corporate organization. Computer literacy is mandatory.

4 AUDIT DEPARTMENT
Deputy Director (Audit)
