Bayero University Kano (BUK) Bachelor of Nursing Sciences (B.Sc. Nursing) Program Gains Full Accreditation from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). Admission Slots / Intakes Has Been Increased from 50 to 100 Students.
The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) has granted full accreditation of the Bachelor of Nursing Sciences program of Bayero University.The accreditation followed satisfaction of the requirements by the Council and is for five years, with effect from June 2019.
Accordingly, the admission intake of the Nursing Science program had been increased to 100 students per session as against the hitherto 50 candidates.
The Senate, however, noted and appreciated the full accreditation status and commended the stakeholders for their commitment.
Meanwhile, the Senate at its meeting ratified the administrative approval given for the M.Sc. Agricultural Technology.
